Coloma why you dont pay refund to all clients who waiting for it all social media is full with claims etc
You change every time email adresses, details etc
You buy reviews or and friends making so all illegal

I disagree with your statement.

According to our records, we made substantial payments to COLOMA S.R.L. for Formula 1 tickets. We have invoices, payment confirmations, bank records, emails and WhatsApp correspondence documenting these transactions.

The tickets we paid for were never delivered. Instead, we received credit notes from COLOMA S.R.L. However, according to our experience, the amounts stated in those credit notes have not been refunded.

Your statement that our reservation was not completed due to non-payment does not reflect our understanding of the facts or the documentation we hold. If you believe otherwise, please provide the specific contractual basis and supporting evidence for your claim.

Our review reflects our own documented customer experience. We are prepared to provide our documentation to Trustpilot or the appropriate authorities if requested.
