Customer support

This review is not about the product but about the customer support and policy. The subscription is for 30 days, but the product takes 7 to 10 days to arrive. The issue is that their cancellation policy requires a 30-day notice. This makes it impossible to cancel the subscription on time because, by the time you receive the product, it’s already too late to meet their notice period.

Their policy is unclear and feels unfair, as it creates a situation where canceling the subscription within their requirements becomes impossible.

Also, I’d like to add one more thing: You cannot force me to buy your product if I don’t want to. If I decide to cancel it and ask you to do so, it’s because I no longer like the product or there is an issue with it.

Smells and tastes like vom!t :(

I purchased this product myself and even made my best friend buy it after hearing so many good things about it. It was also said that the TASTE IS PLEASANT; some reviews mention "vanilla"-like.
However, both my friend and I have a difficult time using it as it really smells and tastes like vomit!!! I would NOT have purchased it if I had known! Now we are stuck with four bottles each.
Also, on the bottle it states the product should be kept at 0-12 C temperature and in the fridge when opened. But before opening, there is no guarantee this product was kept at the recommended temperatures through all the logistics chain till it reached my house. It was packed in regular cartoon box.
I think the company should be really clear about the taste of such an expensive product.
I can't tell about if there are any benefits of using it as its too disgusting taste to use it...:((

ColonDrink+ is a must have for your daily self-care routine. It took me about a week to notice the difference in my body - I started to feel more energetic, my skin cleared and started to glow, it reduced bloating and curbed my appetite. Daily sugar cravings were not so sharp anymore and I think that was the reason I lost some weight too. All in all, it’s a great product I still keep raving about to my friends.

I feel better!

So far I feel good, it's only been two weeks, but I feel different. There is no diarrhea which was caused by the antibiotics. I hope this will help my immune system after 3 lots of antibiotics.
