Helpful customer service!
I ordered a tire mistakenly (a Zipp hookless rim issue). When I contacted customer service they were clear that if the delivery when ahead I could request a return. It all worked out fine.

Not good I purchased a couple tires and…
Not good I purchased a couple tires and noticed on my confirmation that they’re showing the wrong ones so I reached out to sales team didn’t hear back for three business days. They went ahead and shipped the wrong ones out and I went to return them and I had to pay to return them. I purchased a lot of biking stuff from competitive cyclist, backcountry, and Amazon. I think I’ll stick with them. They treat their customers better with free return shipping when somethings wrong.

We received your email on July 28, and the order had already been processed and shipped that same day before we were able to review your request. At that point, we were no longer able to make changes since the order had been shipped.
The item we processed was the product selected on the original order, but we understand how disappointing it was when it wasn’t the item you intended to purchase. We also understand your frustration with the return experience and appreciate you sharing your feedback.

While we work to get orders out and delivered as quickly as possible, occasional delays can occur with the courier.

Exactly what I needed
Exactly what I needed. I have the ortlieb quick rack and two bicycles. Now I can easily swap it between the two. The order got here quick and in great condition. The only suggestion I have is smaller shipping containers. My 4x4" item was shipped in a really large padded envelope.

Great product, but late arrival
Product was exactly what I wanted and price was reasonable, but it was received 3 days later than the date your site estimated when I purchased and timing was an important consideration.
