Platinum paint
Got the new colourtrend platinum paint and it's got to be the best paint on the market it's very easy to use and the colour's are rich and deep.Also the acoustics in the room are better a warmer sound not as bright as before which is a good thing.

Hi Tom, We sincerely apologise for this issue. Our colour cards are sent via standard post without tracking, so there is a possibility they may have been lost or damaged in transit. I will pass this onto our customer experience staff and have them send out replacements.

Excellent product and customer service.
Excellent customer service, item damaged in transit by carrier. Item replaced and shipped following working day. Beautiful colour and our professional decorator stated that the paint is excellent quality and went on like a dream. Well impressed

Inferior condition product pushed in online order
I received my online order of two tins of paint but found that both tins were extremely dented. The boxes they arrived in were pristine however ruling out any mishandling in transit. For 210 euro I would have expected the items to be in top condition. I had the impression that I had been pushed the dented cans or “seconds” that no one who visited the shop would buy. In querying it with Colourtrend they disingenuously blamed the courier company! This showed further contempt for the customer. Overall I’m left with a bad experience.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re very sorry your order arrived with dented tins. We want to assure you that we never send damaged or “seconds” products.
Occasionally, tins can become dented even with careful packaging. As we use UPS as a third-party courier, we unfortunately have limited control once parcels leave our warehouse. That said, we always pass feedback to UPS to help prevent similar issues.
We also responded to your email with an apology and explanation. As the paint was intact and usable, we were unable to replace it under our policy.
