Great quality clothing, super quick shipping, don’t do returns but understandable due to being a small business but really helpful when it comes to the size guide. The fireman clasp jacket is incredible quality for the price, will 100% be buying from colt again.

Always high quality merch when shopping with Colt. Love the products and pricing &shipping is very fair especially for an international shopper like myself.

Very stingy and they make the whole return process a hellscape due to this. Instead of following industry standard on returns. So far for giving small creators a chance

it was such a chilled atmosphere, really relaxed and friendly energy. always made sure i was comfortable or if i needed anything at all they always provided

Good experience. Nice clothes!

Been modeling for Colt for about a year now, the team are dead driven, down to earth and extremely passionate. Harry especially makes sure your well looked after, and his clothing reflects just that. Each and every piece I've had the honour of wearing has been in immaculate quality, it makes a massive difference posing in clothes you rate. Seriously, this ain’t a brand fading away anytime soon. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really terrible quality clothes - cheap Chinese tat dressed up as a local British brand. Small sizing, no email communication, no reply since asking for a refund!

Garments ordered are superb quality, and a perfect fit matching the online pictures and size guide. Shipping was fast, items arrived well-packaged and earlier than expected. The customer service was outstanding, with a friendly and responsive team that made the entire shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Absolutely outstanding service from Colt Manchester. The quality of the clothing is excellent — really well made, comfortable, and looks even better in person. The prices are amazing for the level of quality you receive, making it fantastic value for money.

Dispatch and delivery were also incredibly quick and efficient, with everything arriving perfectly packaged and on time.

Highly recommend Colt Manchester to anyone looking for quality clothing at great prices. I’ll definitely be purchasing more products in the future when new items are released.

Great products quick delivery no problems amazing goods and service A+

ordered and came the next day, good quality and amazing for the price

I ordered the clasped jacket, plaid shirt, and sailor tee. Order arrived quickly and the quality is top notch. Really happy with how the pieces fit and feel. I’m already ordering some more tees now 👍

Have emailed multiple times trying to sort out a return/ refund for an item that’s got buttons / details not properly on, and haven’t heard back for any of them, absolutely poor customer service. One bit fell off as soon as I tried the trousers. Been well over a month, have tried to get in contact multiple times since my first email, nothing.

I recently purchased the Selvedge Trucker Jacket in size L (Order No. 17843). Unfortunately, the jacket did not fit me properly, so I initially contacted customer service to request an exchange for a size M. Shortly afterwards, I changed my mind and requested a refund instead.

It has now been 8 days since my refund request, and I have still not received any response. After waiting three days, I sent a follow-up email, but again there has been no reply or update regarding my case.

This is especially disappointing because I have previously purchased a jacket from this company and was very happy with both the product and the overall experience. I genuinely like their jackets, which makes the lack of communication and customer support in this situation even more frustrating.

I understand that delays can happen, but completely ignoring customer emails for over a week is unacceptable. I hope they improve their after-sales service and communication going forward.

Hats is such good quality fits perfectly love it

Awful experience with this brand. The quality of the product received was really poor. Tacky plastic quality and I just didn’t feel like it was as described. I asked to return the item for a refund and the company proceeded to ignore me for 4 weeks on all platforms basically refusing a refund

Literally the brand is a good fit for the owners as they’re actually cowboys.

Would avoid 100000%

Great Customer Sevice will definitely be ordering something else !

Clothes were affordable and well made. Each piece get compliments when I wear them. Ordering and tracking my order was super easy. Also everything I bought got to me in under a week!!
