We honestly feel that our needs were met with real care and no pressure.

Each of the three staff we spoke to were very knowledgeable, friendly and clearly explained the coverage needed.

I am waiting to hear from you on the claim I just made recently.

It bothers me everytime I go to the combined insurance website and I am reminded that I am a valued customer for over 13 years. I am valued because I never missed a payment. I was valued until I filed a chronic illness claim on March 2, 2026. To date I have been getting the run around (now 4/18/2026) and have not spoken to the adjuster (Diane) after several request from myself and the customer service hierachy. I forgot to mention the diagnosis for the claim was over a year ago and at that time I was told I did not have critical illness insurance. I'm questioning my value with Combined insurance. Follow up is appreciated. According to customer service all calls are recorded - I am requesting someone review them. In this valued customers most critical time of need Combined Insurance have FAILED!!!

The customer service I received from my agent, Lindsey, was beyond excellent! She stayed with me for a call to the main headquarters to conduct some business. I have not ever filed a claim with Combined, but the service I received from both Lindsey and the people at headquarters was extremely encouraging and puts my mind at ease for any future dealings!!!

Dan Price is who keeps me with this company. I have nothing but problems with your app, website, and even calling customer service. I can text or call Mr Price and he can solve the issue immediately. He has been so quick and helpful on many occasions for various issues. If I didnt have his help then I'm not sure Id stay with your company. Hope he gets the recognition he deserves!

This is one of the worst business, they collect your premiums and when it is time for you to file a claim they give you the RUN AROUND.. WORST COMPANY STAY AWAY#### STAY CLEAR THEY ARE A PONSEY SCHEME. I HAVE BEING WAITING FOR OVER DAYS WHEN YOUR TURN-AROUND TIME IS DAYS.

Our representative was extremely polite and knowledgeable! She was quick to get back with us with the answers we needed!
