The ad was EXTEMELY misleading! It was for a purse for $9.99 but they charged my card $93.00 for a bunch of subscriptions that I did not approve or want.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. I was charged for a subscription that I did not intend to use, and despite reaching out immediately for a refund, the company refused to assist. I have not utilized any of the subscription benefits, yet they are holding onto my money unfairly.
A company that values its customers should offer flexibility, especially when a service hasn't been used. Their refusal to provide a refund as a gesture of goodwill shows a lack of customer-centricity. I would advise others to be very careful with their billing and subscription terms, as getting your money back is nearly impossible.
I hope the management takes this seriously and resolves my dispute fairly.
