Great service all round 1st choice all the time

I like what the company is doing helping many people on low budget to afford good gadgets. I suggest that defects on items sold should be made known in bold and clear terms. I bought a very good laptop and later had to spend another 120 pounds to replace defective speakers. Otherwise, all good.

Great communication, swift delivery of items ordered. Swapped my original order upon resending item back with no fuss. Received my second order in good order well packaged with clear instructions.

Got sent an alternative laptop after the one I paid for was out of stock.
It did not work, sent it back, got told there was nothing wrong with it.
Used it once to check as only needed for a course starting in may - went to use it today and still does not work at all.

Really good product and the price was great too. My Son had used these in the past and had a seamless experience so felt like I could trust them too. Definitely not disappointed in either the service or the product.

I'm so glad I bought from Combro after some poor experiences with other refurbished laptop sellers. The laptop I received was in immaculate condition, the battery is great & performance is excellent. I use laptops similar to these at work & they're fabulous little pieces of kit. I would most definitely buy from Combro again.

Bought refurbished Lenova Thinkpad for very fair price, Arrived quickly in very good condition with charged battery. Works fine, and good to use, but must look square on to screen for best image, but this i believe is how they are made. I preferred to add external mouse. One let down was, as an inexperienced user, when I rang for assistance from Combro ( with two questions only) I was answered in a gruff manner by a technician? who spoke as though having no time for me and that I must be an idiot for asking, So the five stars is for the equipment not the backup service

Such a good and easy company to buy from excellent customer service and certainly a customer comes first approach.

From ordering to delivery it was certainly a customer comes first experience, the laptop arrived promptly and is in Pristine condition with the added bonus of a Sim Card slot for mobile internet. I will certainly buy from Combro Technology again as I use laptops for Astrophotography and Amateur Radio.

Still in midst of getting an issue sorted out (problem with screen crack 1 day after receipt which I assume is due to being bumped about during transportation despite seeming pretty well wrapped ). Had to send back for repair, Evri delivered it 5 units away on an Industrial Estate so it never arrived. But Mitch from the Office VERY KINDLY went away looking for it and located the missing laptop 5 days after delivery. So I’m very impressed with their customer service so far, and I’m hoping when the laptop is returned that I have no more problems with it - hence only a 4* review at this time.
