They force a subscription and make it impossible to cancel. I just got charged $121 for coffee. Complete garbage. The coffee tastes good but if you live in the south it comes defrosted and warm after they charge $10 in shipping.

Why can't Cometeer just allow you to change your card on file via the profile section? Frustrating. Very cumbersome.

SCAM!!! I have attempted multiple times to cancel my subscription and had to tell my bank to block their charges but they started changing their merchant name to keep charging me and I now have to cancel my card. Donât bother, they wonât stop charging you.

I really love this company's product, and have ordered it ~20 times over the last 2 years. Over that time, however, I've noted that the website is getting worse and worse-- in that if you want to cancel a subscription, you now have to go on a wild hunt through *8* different screens to do so. Going to "orders" or "payment" won't get you there.
Additionally, they used to send reminder emails for upcoming orders-- and because people canceled whem reminded, they stopped. This decision is much more aimed at short-term profits than long-term loyalty.
The product is too expensive ($70 / shipment) to have a really inflexible policy. In this case I will be traveling for work, and the coffee will melt on my front door.
Order not fulfilled; customer service not responsive
Paid for order, hasnât been fulfilled and their customer service wonât respond over text or email after three attempts. Iâm now having to ask Chase to cancel the charges. Donât fall for this.
I love this company
I love this company. There are many options, I just wish I could choose which coffee came with my order (not just full caf, half caf, or decaf) I love iced coffee and these make a great cup of iced coffee, but if I wanted a warm cup, they turned out awesome for that too! The pricing turns out to be super cheap per cup as well, theoretically it should save me money, but I love the local shops still!
