Great customer service, quick response

Jac has always provided excellent service. She previously helped me with my bin collection issue and made sure the problem was sorted out properly.

I’m currently having an issue with my internet service, and Jac is still working on it and doing her best to get the problem resolved. She always keeps me updated, is very helpful, professional and easy to communicate with.

From the start of our negotiations Jaclyn provided an excellent service. She went that extra mile to offer the RBL the best deal possible for our waste collection which we found to be a minefield of hidden costs. She then negotiated an excellent deal with the waste carrier and as a consequence we have saved a substantial amount on our waste collection costs. Jaclyn also negotiated a 36 month fixed rate deal, which means we will have substantial savings for the next 3 years. She is a real asset, knows what to offer to get the deal over the line. Keep it up Jaclyn.

Tom at Comex got our Working Men's Club the best commercial energy rates on the market after we had been quoted higher rates with other brokers. He also got us a refund on our VAT bill as we are Climate Change Levy exempt due to being a non profit making organisation.

Both Joe and then Tom were extremely helpful when I called with a problem re: British Gas and although I couldn't be helped this time as I was in a new contract they were really good in explaining what has happened, so much so.i have marked in my diary when this contract is due to end so that I can come over to yourselves.
