Terrible. I wished I had read these reviews before purchasing. Terrible quality, not at all as pictured and now I only get back 15%. I’m taking this experience as a lesson learned.

ComfrtFit has terrible quality, poor materials (a dress that was listed as cotton was 100% polyester), and unfinished seams. I bought three dresses, all of which were nothing like advertised. High quality and handmade? That's a joke. I requested a paid return voucher and they offered a 15% discount. I kept complaining and they offered a 25% discount. I am opening an investigation with my credit card company as well to get my money back.
If I could do zero stars I would. They have an impossible return policy. This company is NOT located in the U.S. - its in China. They require that you send returns within 30 days - but it takes "several weeks" to process the return. You have to pay to ship the items back to china and they won't guarantee a refund. Such BS. Just wasted $100 on a scammer clothing shop.

Send u something not in the picture. Offer minimal discount and or you need to pay for shipping.
Call your credit card company. They will give u full refund. Dont return item. I told them I set up an investigation with my card provider. They asked for me to remove the investigation and they will refund.
I told them no as they had their chance many times. Within 15min I had a full refund.
They are scammers and I will follow up with my card provider to keep the investigation going and hopefully shut them down
The clothes I got were very poor quality and the color and fabric did not match the website. It says Linen blend and its a fabric that feels like cheap bed sheets.
I wanted to return all for refund as they say Money back guarantee, but they give yo a random warehouse in China to mail it to at your own expense, finally with a lot of back and forth they gave me a 35% discount to keep the clothes.
I placed an order in late March, it has been 2 weeks since I ordered and my package still says mainland China. I ordered 12 days before Easter thinking that I would get my order in time to wear. I could not imagine it would still be sitting in China over two weeks after I paid. I cannot cancel the order. Their support service appears to be automated because it sends me the same message with a link to no where that is supposed to track my items. So frustrating.
Order took forever to arrive, they ignore all emails - unable to return. Item - terrible. Total scam - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

We purchased a pair of boots and they shipped a totally different pair. Do not fit and not what I would ever wear. Asked to get what I ordered and they said that I can keep what I got and get 10% off or 40% off next order. Why the hell would I ordered again from this company that is obviously a scam and just trying to get rid of their ugly low quality crap. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND PROMISES FOR EASY RETURNS.

It's definitely not the same product that the pictures show. In my honest opinion, it's a scam. They only offered me a 10% refund + keep item or 40% off next purchase. Like I'd ever purchase anything else from this company. When I would like to return the whole thing and get 100%.
Do not deal with this company, I purchased a pair of boots. When they arrived, they were totally different boots. I emailed the company to return and refund them, to be told that the boot I purchased was very popular and that they sent me an alternative instead. They offered me to keep the boot and they would provide me with a 25% refund. I refused this offer and subsequent offers. They have now only responded with a one liner - "Sorry" and are not responding to any of my emails now.
