Made a daunting experience straight forward with no delivery fee or collection fee ...Yahoo!

The representative was kind and patient. I went with a friend for support. Together we tried a few different mattress option. I didn't feel rushed at all. I tried two options twice.
So I had to go on holiday and tried to have the mattress delivered before I left. However that didnt quite work. Although I paid a deposit initially. I verbally provided my card details did not quite work (Scottish Accent)! A wee bit of a delay until I managed to talk to the gentleman and clarify. The team delivered a little early but I was prepared. They took the old mattress away all withing 10mins, I was making the bed up. Tried and tested Im delighted with the standard and service.
