Comicwarehouse レビュー

We get to go at least once a week and we love this place! Fabulous products, very good prices, and amazing staff members!

Never heard of these before but noticed they had a Hot Toys - DOOM in for a pretty decent price with discounts and available straight away. Came super quick, next day I think. Will 10000% be using these again. Can’t recommend high enough.

I have a very happy girl ,now she has recieved her coin .her smile was big and she was really excited .

Bought as a Christmas gift so haven’t had much to do with it delivery was quick and on first look the hoodie looks great

Was great and fun kids really enjoyed it

Quick delivery with tracking information shared and updated until my order arrived. Very happy with my purchase - thanks 👍🏻

Wrong items sent, and now no response via email for my return and replacement!

Great communication. Very helpful. Would recommend.

Always find a bargain and love the huge variety of stock. Sometimes we spend more than expected but always worth a visit!

All the pokemon cards and friendly staff!

Lovely shop. I did some order first time by Comicwarehouse and honestly I'm really happy.
Perfect service. Great deal. Super fast delivery.
Highly recommended!

It's close to two months since I placed my order with comicwarehouse, and at this point I've lost any and all hope that it will ever arrive.

If like me, you find yourself facing difficulties with an order, you have my sympathies, and I wish you the very best of luck in your quest to get in touch with this illusive company. The website states that comicwarehouse have a dedicated support team, but for all my attempts to communicate with them (of which there were many, both via email and the onsite chat functionality), I ultimately only earnt a single response, one with zero follow through on that which was discussed. Subsequent communications on my part, where in I attempted to secure a refund, or for another copy of item to be sent out to me, were ultimately ignored.

Thankfully, my order wasn't of great financial consequence, and I've accepted the fact that I won't see the product, nor the money I paid out for it again, but I can't in good conscience ignore a company with such appallingly bad customer service, and I can only hope that such a review might in turn save other consumers from the disappointment of attempting to do business with them

I bought two new batch, and they came packaged really well, and the best price I could find, very happy with my purchase, would highly recommend buying from comic warehouse.
