We’re sorry to hear that your experience with Commodities-API didn’t meet your expectations.

We understand how important timely responses and consistent data are when working with an API, and we regret that in this case our communication was not as fast as it should have been. That’s on us.

After your feedback, we reviewed the situation internally and reached out to offer alternatives to resolve the issue, but unfortunately we weren’t able to move forward in a way that worked for you. We also feel the review came a bit prematurely, while we were still actively looking into the reported issues.

We take feedback like yours seriously and use it to improve both our data quality and our support processes. We wish you the best in your future projects.
