The course was really practical and we all had 1:1 time with Alison so she could give us the support we individually needed to get confident with what we were doing. The course has helped me create rapport and accelerate the depth i can achieve in my connections with people. Alison is bringing something really natural yet powerful, and very different. She's wise and very experienced. You are in safe hands. Highly recommend!

I first met Alison in my early career as she provided coaching on Leading Without Authority. As course facilitator, Alison held the virtual room with ease, keeping us interested by asking questions that really make you think, getting us to share experiences with each other and adding her own insight to further our learning. It can be difficult when course attendees have individual challenges or have different backgrounds, Alison invited all views, balancing each of our voices and getting us to lean in and support one another. She forms deeper connections than other facilitators because she deeply cares and is led by openness and curiosity to explore a problem to the root cause. As a coach she creates a safe space to be vulnerable and does not judge, understanding that we’re all on our own learning journeys, offering to mirror back what she hears so you can get a better perspective. Alison leads with confidence and depth, with a fantastic ability to ask the kind of questions that unlock unexpected insights, with gentle but purposeful questions. As someone who has grown into a truly trusted connection, I am so grateful to Alison for her warmth and wisdom.

I invited Alison Roberts to deliver a training session to my membership community on 'WIRED FOR CONNECTION: Decoding the invisible signals that shape relationships'. I've worked with Alison in the past and knew she was the perfect person to teach us about how to achieve deeper connection. It was a wonderfully enlightening session and Alison shared her wisdom in such a gently authoritative way. My community and I loved it and learned a great deal – one of my members said it was the best training she's ever experienced.
