I ordered a Trust Deed online from Company 123 which was delivered promptly. However, when I sent a list of amendments which needed to be made including fixing errors in drafting, spelling mistakes etc, I never received any correspondence back from them. 2 weeks on, I have called a number of times but yet to get a suitable response.

I have now lodged a complaint with Consumer Affairs Victoria to try and get this matter sorted out.

Company123.com.au is very easy and simple to form the company. It is very quick responding website. The best thing I like is it provides all the documents in individual and in pdf version, not like others they are in word docs and just in one doc, so we were consuming lots of time to segregate those documents under the name of director consent, share certificate etc.
So once company formed and documents issued , just straightaway forward to client.
