I've been chased constantly since using this service for feedback, which has been extremely annoying.

Did what it said on the tin, got a quote, used that quote, job done

Excellent price, solicitor was very good and informative. Everything is done online or on the portal, unless you have to send copies of something or the original. This was a bit confusing for me because I am not tech savvy however with a bit of help from my daughter it all worked out fine thanks.

Absolutely shocking and completely unprofessional service.

I spoke with Sam in January last year and again this year. On both occasions, I clearly stated that my company is fully registered but not currently trading. Not once did he properly explain that this would automatically disqualify me from membership. That is crucial information, and it was deliberately or negligently withheld.

Because of the incomplete and misleading information I was given, I went ahead and paid for insurance policies and uploaded all required documents and detention details onto the Lead Manager platform. I spent time and money preparing everything based on what I was told.

Only when I called again and spoke to Sam was I suddenly told they were not going to approve membership because I was not trading. This was never clearly communicated at the start. If I had been told the truth from the beginning, I would never have wasted my money or my time.

This company provides misinformation, lacks transparency, and fails to communicate basic eligibility requirements properly. It feels extremely unprofessional and poorly managed.

I strongly advise any business owner to stay away and find a more honest and reliable platform. Save yourself the stress, the wasted expenses, and the frustration.

Easy to use the website and gave a good cross section of people that contacted me and offered their removal services. Really pleased with the result.

I tried to get a quote, then was spam called and emailed by some random removal companies for weeks. Didn't use any of them out if principle. Might as well put my phone number up in the toilets.

Compare My Move was helpful in finding companies to quote for removals for our house move.

I went through the sign up form to see some quotes. Within seconds of completing the form I have received 5 phone calls from different companies and 2 WhatsApps.

Lots of companies suggested. They ring you pretty much instantly. I was very surprised about that. The companies work quickly too.

From a surveyors perspective the majority of the leads paid for upfront are mostly duds as the calls and emails are rarely answered and I get the feeling that the leads from far and wide are made up simply to empty your credits for nothing.A complete waste of time and money.

I just put my details into the website to get some comparison deals and then suddenly bombarded with phone calls, texts and emails from so many different moving companies instantly. So stressful and they’ve been spamming me for an hour now with automated messages and calls. Completely lost trust in this website within 2 minutes!!!!

Easy to use and a great way to get access to several companies at once.

This is not a comparison site, you have to enter your details to reveal your 'comparisons' and they immediately share these details with their 'partners' who immediately bombard you with phone calls, emails, whatsapps, whatsapp calls, SMS messages. When I tried to unsubscribe I got a 404.

To top it all off, the 'comparison' wasn't even any good - no quotes, just some business names and some reviews.

They offered a handful, yet not overwhelming amount of options. I did chose one of them, after comparing their rates in Trustpilot and other places. Those providers might have different business model to justify different prices, and that could be clearer within Compare My Move.

l had a great experience using Compare My Move from start to finish. The process was very smooth and easy, and it really took the stress out of finding the right professionals.

All parties involved were helpful, responsive, and professional throughout. Communication was clear at every stage, and I felt well supported and informed the whole time. It was reassuring to know everything was being handled efficiently and with care.
