I placed an order for an item advertised with a 2–5 day delivery window; however, it did not arrive until 10 days later. On delivery, the item had been dropped from the back of the truck, resulting in structural damage (not the fault of CTB).
A replacement was offered, but the delay had already impacted my installation schedule. As a result, I opted to carry out repairs myself and purchase the necessary parts. The partial refund provided only covered the cost of those parts and did not reflect the inconvenience, delay, or additional effort involved.
Overall, this was a disappointing purchasing experience.

Delivered and dumped outside the gate, opened and decided I didn’t like the item. They’ve charged me £60 to re-collect… even though delivery was free but I accepted. Arranged collection Friday 27th Feb. No one came all day or all weekend & its been outside in the weather!! Took pictures and chasing constantly and no one is helping. Would NEVER use again & the collection service is appalling. If they try and steal my money saying it’s damaged it won’t be on me as it’s the with the horrendous service

I purchased a vanity unit, but unfortunately it arrived damaged from the warehouse. I contacted the seller and was amazed to receive a response within an hour. They immediately arranged a replacement, which arrived just a few days later in perfect condition. The product itself is high quality, and the customer service was truly outstanding. I would highly recommend this seller without hesitation.

The delivery was disgusting the worst service I have ever had.i was not told when the delivery was being made ..The delivery driver left the order across the neighbours drive and cleared off. I do not live at the house and the goods was left out in the rain I have never had such poor customer service.i will never use you again and make sure no else put op with sushi rubbish delivery service.

I’ve been dealing with Compare The Bathroom for almost three months trying to get a refund for a faulty hot tap that has never worked since the day it was installed. Ordered in April, installed in August.

Despite following every instruction and even hiring a qualified plumber multiple times to reinstall and uninstall the tap (at my own cost), I’ve been met with constant delays, excuses, and shifting requirements. Only after months of back-and-forth was I suddenly told that I now need to provide a new video following extra steps that were never mentioned before — including cutting pipes and removing parts that were already uninstalled.

I’ve been more than patient, yet there’s still no refund, and no accountability. I’ve spent more time chasing this issue than the product has ever spent working.

It’s unacceptable for a company to handle customer complaints like this — especially when the product was faulty from the start. The complete lack of ownership, communication, and respect for the customer’s time and money has been appalling.

Avoid Computer Bathrooms at all costs. Once they have your money, you’re on your own - I've had to chase this for three months, no proactive communication from them at all.

Got a great deal on a Crosswater shower kit to replace a bathstore own brand of exactly the same product
