We submitted our structural warranty…
We submitted our structural warranty claim to Compariqo in March and finally received a response mid June with no confirmation of claim received or responses to calls until we threatened to raise a complaint.
The response for a structural warranty is rejecting floors (floating and moving) as non structural plus treating items as single claims meaning excess applied (£1000) per item!
Policy provided by Peoples Insurance Company (group) of China so assume they don’t understand English law, lawyers are ready and licking lips!

Impossible to deal with
Company have had building control sign off for 2 months and have not issued the new build warranties. Nobody is accountable for their actions either. Impossible to work with and provide false promises consistently.

I have spoken to the team and have established the following:
9th April – Final Building Control Certificate Issued
16th April – Final Inspection Report Received for plots 1-6
25th April – Final Warranty Certificates Issued for plots 1-6
25th April - Final Inspection Report Received for plots 7-12
9th May - Final Warranty Certificates Issued for plots 7-12
The Compariqo team strive for speed and excellence in all engagements, but are sometimes tied by inspections and paperwork processes.

Latent Defect Insurance - Flat
Have been looking for Latent defects insurance for my flat for the past year and had lost all hope until I was passed over to Scott (Compariqo).
From start to finish he has been brilliant! Whether it's answering questions to getting the insurance over the line, he was always available when needed. Wouldn't hesitate in using them again if ever needed.
