Tim Allwood and his team were a pleasure to deal with from the beginning of my investing journey to completion of my first build from the finance stage to the completion and even with future tax deductions. If you are thinking of investing and are worried Compass Property Investing will make it easy and stress free for you.

I asked my friends at work about property investing more than 5 years ago as I was interested to see if I could get my foot in the door. Tim was recommended by a previous boss of mine. I was interested but I did my own research. I can recommend Tim and his team. They have property investment down to an art. They know the areas where you can get a good return. You won't need a huge amount of money to start. Tim personally goes to great lengths to explain everything, he is very different to a lot of other providers. Tim is personally available, not just some head honcho you will never speak to - you can put a name to a face, speak to him in person (depending if he's in NSW which he comes down a lot) and you can contact him by phone or email. His approach is the best I have come across. Genuine and trustworthy bloke.
