DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are scammers and charlatans. Same story like the others people who believe them.
THEY RECRUITED ME INTO THEIR BOGUS "INNOVATION PROJECT" WITH THE PROMISE OF R&D TAX REFUND MONIES. I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM HMRC SAYING MY APPLICATION (DONE BY THEM!) WAS ILLEGAL. I STOPPED IT. SINCE THEN I HAVE RECEIVED A DEMAND FROM HMRC IN EXCESS OF ANY REFUNDS RECEIVED BY MY COMPANY. I AM NOW IN DEBT. i HAVE ASKED THEM TO CONTACT ME AND HEARD NOTHING BACK

this company has helped to take 100k from a care company putting 18 young adults at risk of losing their homes - SCAM - AVOID!!

Do not intertain this company. All they can do is increase your corporation tax bill with HMRC. I am not quite sure if the company still exists anyway. I have been trying to call them after I received a corporation tax bill for a financial year that we paid the tax in full. They did an R&D claim for us, and we got paid by HMRC. They invoiced for their 70% share of the claim. A few weeks later, I received a letter from the fraud team. I called Complete Care Advisory Group (CCAG), and they asked me to send some information so that they could work with HMRC's fraud team. A month later, I received a corporation tax bill worth £5,005. I tried to call CCAG, and the calls would go through; their website is down. These are proper scammers and fraudsters. The sales rep I was dealing with is no longer working for CCAG and he is there on LinkedIn.
I wasted my time and money.

Do not get involved with this company.
They have defrauded my company of £415 by applying for HMRC research and development (R&D) claim.
The HMRC refunded the fees from last year’s co-operation tax which directly went to their account as they put their account details.
It was red flag when they requested access to my online business HMRC tax so they can view when the money comes in. I said no because I didn’t want external company having access to my HMRC account. I now have to pay the £415 back to HMRC which is loss for me.
I received a letter from HMRC blocking payment request for funding because they suspected fraud and they could start criminal investigation for my company. I immediately received a call to state don’t worry this is normal and you should provide the requested documents to get funding. I sought separate legal advice who gave me great advice. I gave notice to end my contract and wrote a letter to HMRC explaining what happened.
I had gut feeling prior to signing contract there’s something off and I should have listen to my gut. The year before in 2022, they did approach me and I said no as they requested small amounts to be part of the innovation project.
Obviously, I have learned my lesson and this is advice to others and warning, ⚠️

I joined the innovation projects around 2 weeks ago now! It's an absolutely brilliant idea! The advisor was brilliant explained everything thoroughly! I look forward to our next chat!

I was pretty sceptical at first after seeing a couple of the other reviews, but my advisor has been so open and transparent about everything since our first meeting. this meeting was back in April and we have since been onboarded to the innovation projects for the last 2 months. my advisor reached out and asked me if I would like to leave an honest review which I told him I would happily do! My only grumble would be that the finance team occasionally take a while to get back in touch, however I can understand that working with multiple companies comes with time constraints!

I started working with complete care advisory on their innovation projects three weeks ago. We had multiple meetings with our advisor who explained how everything works, and what the projects are trying to achieve. We have already had our tax bill reduced by over £6000! Our advisor was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and offered support and help throughout the entire process

Mis-sold from the beginning saying they can claim back up to 4 years VAT for the small residential care home I run. Also they were "setting up" a scheme to work with local councils, transforming their current payments to include VAT enabling care homes to claim this back. In the last year since signing up, they have since told me "actually, we can't get you a 4 year VAT reclaim" & as far as my local council are concerned, they haven't even heard of this company. Stupidly, I have paid Complete Care Advisory £8000.00 last year for them to begin work on my case. To date, they have done nothing.

THE AGENT WAS REALLY HELPFUL IN EXPLAINING ALL THE BENEFITS AND ADVANTAGES OF BEING A MEMBER AND THE VERY USEFUL NATURE OF THE PROJECT IN ADVANCING OUR PROFILE AND RATING WITH THE CQC.TOGETHER WITH THE TOOLS THAT ARE NECESSARY TO ACHIEVE OUR GOALS.

The process has been made easy and streamlined and the whole process simplified.

Simon Kett is a credit to them and makes the process very friendly.

Excellent communication skills in organising and dealing with us as their customer.
