We have a three-fram Victorian bay window refurbished and Stuart and the whole team could not have been more professional or helpful.

Despite a record-breaking wet winter delaying things, we were always informed of progress, and the final bill was bang on the estimate. 100% would recommend.

Fantastic service and highly recommended. Really helpful and accommodating with what could have been quite a stressful situation. Will use again in the future 100%.

Had my sash wood windows repaired and restored like new with some glass sections replaced. The friendly, professional and trusting team did an excellent job at restoring the entire house. Attention to detail was spot on. The lads were very respectful of the property and confident in their expertise.
Brilliant communication throughout with everyone. Came across 'CTWS' as some other companies weren't able to install UPVC at my property and other PVC companies never sent the quotes.... So I decided to focus on the timber market and 'CTWS' was recommended. Stuart came around and offered various solutions with ease, it was a relief to speak to someone who was highly knowledgable and had a passion about what they do. Very glad I used CTWS. Windows look great and have maintained the original character of the house.

I spent quite some time looking for a company to repair wooden sash windows in our listed Georgian house and from the initial enquiry to the completion of work, CTWS didn't disappoint. Stuart and the team were able to fit me in to do an urgent repair and couldn't have been more helpful. Skilful, hardworking, tidy and a pleasure to have around, so ticked all the boxes for me!

CTWS restored and repaired a crumbling Victorian sash window for me - their communication throughout was really thorough - and even though I wasn’t there for much of the work I felt confident in trusting their judgement and knowledge. We spent some time searching for a company to restore the original windows in our Georgian house and are so pleased we found CTWS. The team worked so carefully and with such skill to preserve and refurbish our wooden sash windows, including adding invisible double glazing that has made a big difference to the warmth of the house. The windows look wonderful now. Great customer service too. We cannot recommend highly enough.

I have been using CTWS to refurb all our wooden windows in phases over the last year or so. They have been great. Attention to detail, restore old windows very sympathetically and have retrofitted slim line double glazing and draft proofing where possible and so now we have beautiful old windows to more modern standards. Would definitely recommend.

Dave, Louis, and Karlos did an exceptional job repairing the wooden structure and replacing glass in our conservatory. From start to finish, the experience was exemplary. What really stood out was how mindful the team were of my mother's dementia, showing genuine care and respect while working in our home.

Communication was excellent throughout - Stuart, our first and only contact at the company, was incredibly responsive and customer-focused, providing complete clarity on timelines, costs, and what to expect. He always responded as soon as he possibly could.

The quality of work was superb. The work was clearly undertaken by true craftsmen who take immense pride in what they do. The conservatory now looks almost like new - the attention to detail in the repairs was exceptional.

Their professionalism was outstanding. They were punctual, kept everything clean, and treated our home with respect. When I pointed out something small they'd missed as they were finishing up, they immediately rectified it without hesitation or complaint. They even returned within two working days to replace a final element they didn't have materials for at that moment - no fuss, just excellent service.

Given the exceptional quality of the workmanship, they offer excellent value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

I wanted to retain my wooden sash windows and have double glazing fitted. Stuart answered all my questions honestly and clearly. On reading his very detailed quote I knew this was a company who would deliver. Keith who completed this work must be commended for his skill in ensuring I have the windows I wanted. CTWS has been fantastic! We had a very large project on hand. CTWS handled the repair of all windows, doors, fascia’s, soffits, gutterings, thresholds, plinths and downpipes. Stuart, Dave and Max have been exceptional. Communication was brilliant. Project was completed on time and budget. Couldn’t fault them. Would highly recommend CTWS. All of our timber framed windows and doors needed repairing, stripping back and returned to their original state. We spoke to Stuart on the phone and discussed our requirements. Dave came out to assess what was required and discussed options with us. He did a test window so we could see how it looked. Dave was very professional, polite and kept us informed throughout. We then agreed a rough weather dependant date for the project with Stuart, who kept us apprised of delays due to rain etc. Karlos and Louis were the team carrying out the work and were friendly, unbelievably hard working, tidy and kept us updated on how the work was progressing and discussed any options when required. We are very happy with the repairs and finished appearance of all of the windows and doors. The whole experience with CTWS was first rate from start to finish, we cannot praise them enough and would highly recommend them.

We are very pleased with the look of our windows and by the fact that we could keep our lovely timber Edwardian windows but they are now double glazed and open and shut! Yay! :)
