I ordered a top and bottom for triathlon and bottoms were shredded after one race. Holes in the groin area and fabric broke down on seat area as well. I contacted Compressport USA site and Main site with no response to multiple emails. No acknowledgment of even receiving my emails. I do not recommend their clothing due to quality control issues as well as zero response to customers after the sale.

I had bought in total 8 pares of compression high and recovery socks. Most of Merino wool, as that is soft and warm.
Well I have only worn then 5 - 6 times and the heals of 4 pair were open ( my heel sticking out) and by two pairs, even holes starting at the big toe. I have them all in the correct size, not too small or so. For socks at that price, I really think this is not acceptable. I can not recommend them

Produit très très décevant. Le t-shirt Poseidon est indiqué comme un t-shirt adapté au trail mais il est totalement usé après un seul usage avec un gilet de trail Salomon (course d'une heure).

Le comble étant Compressport qui ose dire qu'en gros les gilets de trail comprenant du mesh ne sont pas adaptés au produit (soit une bonne majorité du marché).

Bref, une marque qui se revendique sur un créneau haut de gamme mais qui fait manifestement des produits seulement jolis.

Beaucoup de marketing, piètre qualité.

Commande effectuée le 13 août, je vois sur d’autres sites que la taille commandée ne correspond absolument pas à ma taille car elle est différente selon les sites…
J’envoie un mail 2 h après ma commande pour annuler.
J’appelle le lendemain matin pour être sûr et on me répond que c’est trop tard et on se moque de moi en me répondant « bah oui on ne travaille pas la nuit », merci de me prendre pour un imbécile… les mails ça se lit le matin quand on arrive… on me parle de messagerie pleine, les messageries ca se vide régulièrement, bref aucun professionnalisme.
Je suis très mécontent et plus jamais je n’irai chez cette entreprise qui est n’est absolument pas professionnelle.
Je déconseille très fortement.
Je travaille dans le milieu du sport et je ferai connaître cette histoire à un maximum de personne soyez en sur.

Les produits sont au top 👌 j'utilise notamment les chaussettes hautes de compression depuis plusieurs années et ça a totalement soigné mes inflammations au tibia lorsque je courrais.

I placed an order for two shirts, one arrived damaged, and both were not the quality I was expecting. I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times. First return was denied I inquired as to why they have been emailing me asking numerous questions back and forth and have yet to receive a resolution. They advertise easy returns but couldn’t be further from the truth. I’m contacting my card company and filing a dispute that way.

An order placed 15 days ago, but appears to be still 'in preparation'. A few e-mails sent to the customer service, but have been left unanswered.

Buonasera, dopo aver effettuato un ordine in data 02-10-2023, ad oggi non ho ricevuto la merce e tantomeno comunicazioni da parte dell'azienda dopo ripetuti solleciti avvenuti via email. Inoltre provo ad accede al sito compressportonline.com e non compare più nulla.
Credo di essere stato raggirato da una frode informatica.

I ordered a pair of Compressport Ultra Trail socks, which were faulty. I contacted them with pictures to highlight what was wrong, and within 24 hours, they sent me a voucher code to order another pair free of charge. Great customer service!

Après plusieurs jours de silence et un certain nombre de tentatives de contact, Compressport m'a finalement fait un avoir pour que je puisse recommander des produits qui avaient été volés dans ma boîte aux lettres.

Devolvi un articulo y la devolucion en Europa era gratis pero no venia la etiqueta de devolucion.
Lei las instrucciones y que si no venia la etiqueta prepagada lo pagase yo y luego lo devolvian.
Ahi es donde te engaña, te dicen que si que habian mandado la etiqueta y no tenia que haber pagado el envio. Asi que he pagado 18€ y ellos no se hacen cargo.
No compreis aqui, mal servicio, te engañan y ademas no son articulos de muy buena calidad. Autenticos estafadores.

Costumer support doesn't reply. Been trying to contact them, number is not working and never respond to my emails.
Need to make a return and they haven't sent the return label.
I'm at a dead end right now, cause not even their instagram page replies.
