Ordered some hinges, paid through PayPal as this company looked a little unconvincing. Half hour later got an email saying I had to pay more delivery charge and had bank details to pay in the email. I'd already paid around £9, I certainly wasn't going to up that to £20 outwith PayPal. Got a refund. Not sure if this was a scam, either way unimpressed. I'll stear clear of this company.

Never left a trustpilot review before but felt it right to share my experience.
Ordered some Hafele fittings yesterday at 1.30pm and they're now sitting in my kitchen at 10.30am!!
Only looked at other trustpilot reviews after I'd ordered and was worried to say the least but they excelled themselves to put it mildly!!

Sadly they called to refuse to honor my internet order for delivery. Apparently the website is wrong and had not been updated. Very frustrating after spending time researching and selecting this supplier.

No customer service whatsoever. No idea where my order is ( I know where my money is though). No idea when it might be here. Beginning to doubt its even in stock. No response to 3 emails. Unreliable so won’t be using again.

Ordered £125 worth of cabinet hinges during week 2 of the Coronavirus lock down and was massiveley impressed when they arrived within 36 hours. Really great service.

I ordered two Swift Robe Hooks and paid £17.51 thankfully through PayPal.i was emailed by a Claudette Browne stating that they were no longer available and that I would receive a refund. One week later still no refund so I emailed and the reply was, apologies but I cannot get into the PayPal account until Monday as the guys are doing a three peaks challenge, thank you for your patience. So gave it till the Tuesday after the Monday concerned to say that I still hadn’t received the promised refund, sent further emails to which I have had no reply. Have now got PayPal involved and am hoping to be able to get my money back. Do not deal with this Company!

ordered over 500 pounds worth of kitchen racks of this company what they sent was all wrong .so my wife drives to Nottingham to exchange them to be told you will have to place a new order and pay for this too now total cost 700 pounds now paid out
said we would be reimbursed for first order when they returned stuff to there supplier
after several phone calls to them to find out were our new order was we were getting nowhere at all
so I said I'm coming to your office to which the reply was I will post your stuff today without fail
Then I go on internet and do a business search to find out this company went bust in may for a substantial amount of money
Don't quite know who is running this company now because you can never speak to the same person twice
There accounts department is a joke cannot track orders or payments and someone called John is the most obnoxious t----r ive ever spoken too
Do not in any circumstance deal with these incompetent lot
You will not get your order or your money reimbursed unless of cause you pay by PayPal as we did
All money now returned to us thanks to good old PayPal who fought our corner
Do not do business with this company its a shambles

Money taken..missing goods.. no communication.
Placed an order on the Monday and paid for drawer runners. My profile on the website changed to 'Order Received'...

I waited a week. Nothing arrived, no email informing me of any progress. So I called the company. They said they were just sending it..... Waited a couple more days.Nothing arrived, no email informing me of any progress, website still showed 'Order Received'...

Called the office again and they couldn't find a tracking number. Then they blamed the courier. Then they said it may have been rejected if there was no signature. When they finally provided a tracking number it showed that it has only just been posted...... 2 weeks after ordering, the goods arrived having been in the postal system for only 2 days.

Website still shows 'Order Received'... Shambolic way to run a business given the completion available now. I've used another website for the rest of my hardware where they send you a confirmation email and tracking number within the day.

We recently ordered some goods and were promised that they would be received by 19th December......still not received and no one answering the phone for the last 2 days.....

Been buying stuff from complete tools for years. Sad to hear about the previous owner but great to see it back up and running and service is still great.

hi i buy all of my stock through ctf and have never had an issue with service. I know this company had a few issues at the start of the year with a hacker taking over their website but since then they have been great. I was sad to hear that the company owner recently put the company into liquidation after running this business for 28years due to ill health.

We thought that it would be a massive disappointment to our trade if this shop was to close. We have since brought all of the stock taken over the lease agreement on the premises and reopened the shop. So the company is still open and sells all the same things as before but now trades under the name of Complete Tools and Fixings TR Ltd.

Products came fast, couldn't ask for more! Will not use again because of constant pornograhic spam from what seems like an ex-employee on a rampage!
Use at your peril

I ordered just before Christmas and today I got an email saying that they have been hacked and my bank account details have been stolen. Customer service is crap too, no replies to emails before Christmas and they're not picking calls up. It seems like a scam.

Having ordered items over the Christmas break today I received an abusive email followed 10 minutes later by an email stating they had been hacked and all of my details had been stolen. This was my first time dealing with the company via their website and it appears to be a total con.

I telephoned on Monday to enquire about stock availability and delivery timescales for two pull out ironing boards and was told they were in stock and if ordered would be delivered next day. I ordered online on Monday and they arrived on Tuesday as promised. A happy shopping experience in every sense

Bought several pairs of very hard to come by brackets. In stock and delivered next day by midday. Brilliant representatives over the phone and clear website.
So good, I went back again and ordered more - same thing again. Brilliant AND consistent.

I needed a few items to complete my kitchen; hinges, plinths, handles. Complete tools and fixings were the cheapest for those items and free delivery on orders over £40 made it even better. The products arrived a couple of days later and were very well packaged, definitely packaged so no chance of any damages in transit.

They have everything , I went in to the shop because I live locally, they cutted me my door keys really cheap and whilst I was there I brought a mortice lock , i didn't really know how to fit and they printed off some instructions, now I have installed it , Thank you guys. Highly Recommended! Andrew.

fast and efficient service,always helpful and nothing seems to much trouble,excellent product knowledge,will use again and recommend this site to all my friends
