So what do you know right when I thought I was done with this site I get a call from my companies HR department... They tell me that Concentra told them I never showed up! After I was there unpaid hours of my time wasted... They never submitted the negative test!!! Make sure you get a receipt saying you cleared. I have to waste my gas and time coming back here to straighten it out. To say I'm pissed is an understatement. 😡 They made me sign in and wait because of their mistakes as the cherry on top! Oh and I had to explain the situation to multiple employees...

Original visits 9-28-26 & 09-30-26:

Man this place sucks! You are guaranteed to be here bare minimum 1 hour. I even showed up right when they unlocked the doors to try and get in and out ASAP the 2nd time I came here. The girls at the front desk are slammed 24/7... It took them 50 total minutes to check my TB test and they can do it at the front! Literally 5 seconds and your waiting 50 minutes?

Went to Concentra in roxborough, Pa for urine drug test and my urine was tampered with . In the process of following up with corporate. Employees are switching urine I guess to sell it.

Black male 6'ish doctor at south bend/mishawaka Indiana location was immatating gagging motions and noises while i went in to get an infected cyst drained. This was very unprofessional. Wound was infected again shortly after. How is this guy hired? This person could probably singlehandedly ruin that practice.

I am submitting this complaint regarding repeated delays and problems with my work-related medical treatment at Concentra.

In July 2026, I was treated for a work-related eye injury. At my July 21 follow-up, I reported continued blurred vision, but the provider told me to wait another week rather than performing a repeat vision test. As of September 18, I still have blurred vision in that eye.

On August 28, I waited approximately 5½ hours to see Dr. Pamela for my back injury. She completed the C-4 but failed to complete the required fit-for-duty form, causing additional delays and requiring me to return. After reporting this issue, I am the one with a restricted account. I eventually received APPROVAL to continue treatment for my back. I was denied medical care from Heather W. and only one doctor approved to see me. AS IF I AM THE ONE WHO FAILED TO EVALUATE A PATIENT AND I AM THE ONE WHO FORGOT TO OMPLETE THE FIT FOR DUTY CLEARANCE. Nay has already shared that my account did not have my documents in it from 08/28/2026. It's still NOT MY FAULT if the documents never made it to the doctor Pamela, last name unknown. On September 17, after physical therapy, I completed C-1 forms for additional work-related injuries that had never been evaluated, including my neck, head, ears, hands, and requested for a recheck on my eye with continuing eye symptoms. Christian told me I could only be seen by Ingrid H., who treats my back, even though she was unavailable at that time. This Concentra is 24 hours so to be turned away is DELAYING MY TREATMENT and causing me to miss the 90 day deadline with workers compensation so this will be reported to WCS.
I will now contact the next Facility on the WCS list who can trat new injuries. I am concerned that I am being retaliated against because I have raised complaints about my treatment and that restricting me to one provider at a 24-hour facility with multiple doctors has delayed my care. When I spoke with Victor 09/17/2026 and attempted to ask a question, he stated he was “not going to entertain” me with an answer.
His unacceptable behavior deserved a THANK YOU and for me to end the call. He had the nerves to call me back. Since I wasn't being entertained with answers I shared the same courtesy by not entertaining him either. I AM NOT TO BLAME AND THIS IS HOW I AM BEING TREATED. THIS IS RETALIATION, I DON'T LIKE IT AND I AM REPORTING THIS BAD BUSINESS TO THE FTC, BBB, ATTORNEY GENERAL AND WCS.

I am not refusing treatment. I remain in treatment for my back and physical therapy. I will continue documenting and reporting these concerns until they are properly addressed. I request an investigation into the provider restriction, treatment delays, incomplete forms, and possible retaliation. I have placed complaints in the Customer Service department and never received calls back so that shows how much they care! Now that I see this as retaliation, I am bypassing my time being wasted in Customer Service, I will not ask again for a manager at the facility since I met Victor who knows better than to be rude, I also called today and spoke to Crystal who screened the call and placed me on hold to now Adeliene isn't available.

NEWS FLASH GUYS, I chose this place out of the list. My back will be the last thing treated at any Concentra going forward.

I have had enough!

The staff,( front desk, nurse, doctor) was friendly, however, my son, 20 yr old,was severely misdiagnosed. He had some pretty serious symptoms including losing 30 lb in one week,lack of appetite, vomiting, burning acid reflux,ECT. After sending him for a scan the doctor came in and said he is constipated from "here to here", and with her hands indicated the top of the stomach to the bottom. Over the counter products were recommended and we were sent on our way. 2 Days later, when he wasn't getting any better,he was taken to ER. They quite promptly put him in ICU for the next 40 hours,and then the rest of the 6day stay in a regular hospital room. The scan in ER showed his colon was completely clear. A simple fingerprint and urine test showed that his sugar levels were out of control. Tests showed he had DKA and he was diagnosed as diabetic. We have tried to work with the company to see if they can do anything with the fees. The first person hung up on us, the next one didn't really listen to the story but said they would review it and give us a call in the next few days. That never happened. I have left a message and received no return call, my son has tried calling with no answer. The customer service is terrible.

I wouldn’t recommend no company to send people for Job.here. Staff in front good. Doctors in the back can’t read or apparently have bad attitudes meaning Bibisi lusy Whatever her name is. I don’t see how my prescribed medication I take at night to sleep affect get dot card. I drive during daytime. Next she need to leave her bad attitude at home and do your job correctly ask question like when do u take your medicine as needed or at night. Cause it’s in the paperwork.

Waited over four hours in the waiting room. numerous other patients were complaining about the wait time also. Dr. Wilson would not return emails phone calls from myself or my insurance adjuster, only about one out of four phone calls will get answered. They must not pay their doctors very much because 9 out of 10 of all their employees across the board are incompetent. I have had over 50 visits at Concentra over the last 20 years and nothing has changed. Stay away. Worst place ever.

Horrible place! Waited forever to just get checked in. One person working the desk. Finally left after sitting there for an hour and 15min. Ridiculous! Went out in the parking lot and did a virtual visit with Walgreens. Prescription called in within 20min after leaving Concentra! ER would’ve been quicker!

I went to Concentra for a work injury to my finger. My employers insurance was covered here. They perked me around, all I wanted to do was see a specialist. I saw 2 other doctors besides a specialist. When my appointment with my specialist came up, I drove 1 hour, for the third time, to find out that the appointment I had waited a month for, was canceled. By the doctor I never saw. But they did want to have me see a none specialist, again. My finger is still not right. I have not seen a hand specialist. Find another place to go with your workers comp claim.

Terrible work culture. Very impartial and not at all helpful. If you live in Lexington Ky good luck. You might lose a couple of brain cells.

They were very polite and helpful. Works Diamanté and Zoyla really made me comfortable and assured me that it will be ok. They made my day. I am kindly asking that what increases or promotions please give it to them because they merit it. Dr. Lopez was also very nice. Beautiful staff.

This has been one of the worst clinic experiences I’ve ever had. There’s a serious lack of professionalism and urgency. Patients are left waiting for hours while staff appear to be joking around or taking extended breaks. It’s frustrating to see people show up to work and not take their responsibilities seriously especially in a healthcare setting where time and care actually matter. This kind of service really needs to improve.

Need faster service. For staff to do their job instead of talking about personal things. Wait time in patient room was ridiculous.

The one in North Canton Ohio might have the worst employees of any trade of any store of any state ever. I can’t believe these people get paychecks. I just sat for 1 hour and 15 minutes to take a urine screen and a physical and after 55 minutes I took the urine screen then after 1hr 10 minutes I finally walked out. I sat there while every single employee in there did absolutely nothing but sit on their phones. There were at least 7 other patients and not even 1 went back before I left

waited over 40mins for intake paperwork
then told nearly 2 hours before seen for drug screen and physical.
I had even called to ask what time work best for them and was assured mult times less than an hour.

It must be sad for these professionals to be forced to lie to the client by spoken word and written word, in order to keep their jobs.

They told me my BP was 212/150, and my EKG showed problems and ordered an ambulance to the ER. Emergency Room doctors said i had a normal EKG despite faulty Concentra paperwork did a complete blood panel, no abnormalities, total waste of money.

Absolutely Abysmal. Doctor after I had told him multiple times that I didn't want any problems getting my subscription for ibuprofen forwards it to the CVS in Miramar under the wrong code and this Veteran had to pay out of pocket for the medication which he DID NOT HAVE TO. Called management and spoke to Central Director Gina W and super nonchalant about the doctor dropping the ball and no compensation. If you need urgent services find somewhere else, trust me. Promised that Yelp huh Gina

It only gets worse. I was sent toxicology results via email on 7/27/25, all negative. Then I got an email today, 8/1/25 with a link to the toxicology results on their "Hub". The results on the "Hub" show that the TEST WAS CANCELED. I don't know for certain which "result" to believe. This company is inept at best, and should be avoided at all costs.

I called the Rocklin CA office at 8 am they wouldn't pick up the phone. I am now waiting 2 hours to see a doctor for a go back to work form. This is very frustrating and there are not enough seats in the waiting room. This is the lowest possible contract for cheap corporate bottom lines. And it shows I have my own doctor and can be seen in 15 mins. Why not here...because it's workman comp.
