Too good to be true? Once you understand the model, you'll see how this incredible investment is the real deal.
So often in life, we are told that if it's too good to be true it must be a lie. Usually, this is correct. Just occasionally someone comes up with a really great business model that serves everyone who interacts with it.

I was incredibly sceptical when I first heard about the offer but it met some of my social goals and therefore I dug in deep. What I discovered was a really neat model that offers, with great assurance, a fixed return on investment.

This works for the customer because they get a really lovely home to live in that otherwise would not have existed in the housing stock. For the council brand new high-quality accommodation. For the concept capital group a top slice of the monthly payment to offer support and maintenance to the tenant. For the investor security in knowing that the tenants and income are coming directly from the council.

I am very happy with the service that has been delivered to me throughout. Plenty of information was given, and no high-pressure sales tactics. Each month I have income flowing in with the buyback guaranteed when I wish to release my capital from the investment. Should the worst happen I also have an asset that is in my ownership.

A great experience - very helpful, supportative and friendly staff. Communication fantastic - advice superb! will definitely do this again.

Update March 2025:
The being lived experience with CCG Limited has caused a downgrade from 5 to 1. Have failed to complete on their obligation to buy back. Have commenced legal action against the firm. The FCA have also commenced action on behalf of all investors.

When investments are advertised on social media I think it is very wise to be sceptical. I approached the initial conversation with an open mind and had a very honest and frank conversation with Martin and then Wayne, in compliance, as to the nature of the investment and the risks associated. By the end of those conversations I was reassured that this was a legitimate investment opportunity with an exit strategy that was available to be placed in a limited investment company vehicle that would maximise the returns. I have invested several rounds and feel that this has helped diversify my investments without needing to be a landlord in any practical sense.

I was looking for investment opportunities in real estate with a relatively small capital, saw CCG ad and it seemed too good to be true. Had a few sessions with Martin who explained everything very well and it felt like they have thought about it a lot and have covered all the aspects. Couldn’t find a reason not to join, so I joined.
