I would actually go to a minus star if it was an option on this. I was driving into Stafford city shopping centre and saw the older worker on his phone. Just flipping through things and no one near the car wash so I thought I would pull in there to get my wash done instead of Alderly, my car is the same size as an i30 and he wanted to charge me a higher fee for washing it because it was slightly higher. I advised at Zoom
and the car wash at Carseldine have never upcharged that. I told him that I just wanted the basic wash for $31 and he told me to F*** off. No further discussion. I was gobsmacked. Then he sat down and started scrolling on his phone again. Obviously has no interest in actually working. Looks like he was near retirement age so maybe he's lost interest in working for his money. Lost the client in all concierge as a result of this and I get my car washed every week.

Damage, wet interior. I got my car detailed to trade in the following day. The car is SO wet inside it has rendered it unusable. Chemicals used on dashboard control knobs have caused them to start flaking. One of the supports that hold up the parcel shelf when the boot is open is missing. Still trying to dry interior, have had to delay getting my new car.

I drove in yesterday to have my car vacuumed and washed. Serverla times I was asked to upgrade, I did not want to.
I asked 10 times for ONLY a wash and vacuum.
Eventually it was agreed.
I went to get a coffee and looked out at my car and the windscreen wipers were on full speed on a dirty windscreen, no water as he was inside the car.
I ran out to stop this - he just ignored me. I tried to get in to stop the wipers. They are on the left side of the steering wheel, so they had not been turned on by mistake.
This was a deliberate act of vandalism.
Next , I looked in the cup holders and they were floating in water......... WHY????????? when all I wanted was a vacuum, I said I did not want ANYHING else. My seat was wet through. The centre console was wet through. I told him to get out.

All of a sudden no one spoke English, how odd is that. ???????????

I want to give Concierge Car Wash at Westfield Hurstville a ZERO star rating as it was the most dishonest car wash service i have been to.

I had a collectible figurine disappeared from the drivers side door compartment and some loose change in a coin pouch near the gear stick and all disappeared when i went to retrieve my car.

The two attendants Jaspit and not sure the other guy's name (both Indian/Nepali descent) said they didn't take it but were very agitated and very defensive as i started to inquire and asked them to search around. They look like they were under the influence of some illegal substance in my honest opinion and got ready blame me even though i didn't even accuse them yet. They weren't helpful in trying to locate my items and merely try to blame it on me. I wouldn't make a big fuss over this as these are minor items but its the principle and integrity of the staff there if they took items that didn't belong to them. They have appalling customer service, just continually trying to push me to get their most expensive wash. I would never recommend any one to utilize their service at Hurstville.
