This company straight-up lied to me…
This company straight-up lied to me about having no promotions. I reached out to ask, if as a new customer they offer any discounts or coupon codes. A customer support rep by the name of Erica Alderman responded by saying they never do unless its for "black Friday" or if a blogger offered a coupon code. Well after getting this odd email response I went on their Facebook page and right front and center they offered a coupon for 10 or 20%. - Not sure how in such a small company a customer care rep wouldn't be aware of this... But shady* practices like this is what turns customers off.
In addition they charge $50 shipping on most items on the site which considering the price already is pretty steep. All in all I would not recommend this website or business as they seem to only be interested in getting your money and not your honest business. Plus the fact that customer support is unwilling to be helpful or honest is unfortunate for the company.
