Dilraj is a great coach - for people with busy lives, he gives you exactly what you need from a coach. There is no guess work with what your plan is as he maps out exactly what workouts, diet, and daily routine you should follow, whilst catering it specifically to your lifestyle. With his coaching, the results I got from my physique weren't a surprise because he'd mapped out exactly how we were going to lose weight and build muscle. The most surprising thing was the impact on the rest of my life - my mood improved, I became more confident in my daily life and had levels of energy I didn't know I was capable of. Would definitely recommend him to others

I thought I knew fitness but, Condition Code completely changed my perspective on how quickly, effectively, sustainably you can lose weight and get in the best condition of your life. The accountability set is second to known and you always feel you’re in the process together. I’ve been with CC for 12 months and I’ll continue to be because I know Condition Code can take my physique to new heights.
