Can you please help me release money from a company called Conexon?

I have money in an Escrow account with Conexon and want to transfer it out to my regular bank account. Conexon have advised that they will release my money once I have paid a Fee. They also confirm that the money is not “laundered”.
I am not accustomed to dealing with Escrow accounts. Please can anyone who has gone through this process with Conexon let me know if they encountered any problems following the payment of the escrow fee and receiving their money?
Are there any further Fees that Conexon will ask for once the escrow fee has been paid? Were there any further issues before the money is released, as expected?
