I am delighted with their customer service. I had changed my server location, but the IP address had not been updated for quite some time. So, I contacted them, and their team was very quick to change the IP address on the server.
I am still using their service today and I am grateful to be with them.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I paid $18 USD for a BeamNG server, expecting to enjoy playing with my friend, but I have not been able to connect to the server or play at all. I followed all the required steps and did everything on my end to ensure the server should work, yet it was completely inaccessible.

This has been a complete waste of money, and I feel like I didn’t get what I paid for. If you can’t provide a functioning service, refunds should be made available. I would not recommend this to anyone unless significant improvements are made. Avoid at all costs!

I didn't get what I ordered. The support didn't answer. I got my money back because of PayPal.

I've used Connect Hosting for 18 months to host 2 BeamMP Servers. The servers are reliable, easy to manage, and Connect Hosting's support has been invaluable. With their server I have the confidence to run publicly accessible servers that can take the strain of a huge influx of players at any given time. Definitely recommend!

I encountered an issue with my BeamMP server, and Connect Hosting resolved it within just 1 hour and 20 minutes, in the middle of the night. Their staff members are incredibly friendly, and I highly recommend their services.

just had some minor issues during the amazing server upgrades. recals was a very helpful customer support guru even with our time difference he got my beamng server back up and running and explain things alot easier for a lamen like me. this companys servers are flawless, no lag no over exstending your servers, any issues there right thtere to help. CONNECT HOSTING I LOVE YOU

The price is good for just 1.99 you can get good beammp server.Yes there were some small issues but Staff was really help full. Server have good performance that is enough to run beamp server with some friends even for the low price the only thing i would change is the amount of storage. So after all they are really nice hosting.

Bought two beamng servers and sometimes they work sometimes they dont and if they dont the support takes about 2-3 days to fix your problem and answer

I had unfortunately been charged multiple times for my server, all of which were showing in my bank account. I still received emails asking me to pay another time. I attempted to reach support multiple times, but got no response. This was frustrating as this is not the "10 Minute" average response time I was advertised.

No bad review from me. Staff is helpful. Multiple hosting options.

Got right to the point and help me get it fixed in a few mins

The server hosting was easy to setup and when I had a question it was quickly answered, I could ask for more from a server hosting platform.

I accidentally bought the wrong server but the moderators were quick to help me fix it no issues I have been using connect hosting for months now for BeamMp and have never had any issues best hosting service for BeamMp in my opinion!

Super easy to host and to get going! Staff and management are amazing and quick to respond if you have any troubles!

Good price, good service. If problems occur due to 3rd party software updates they are addressed within 48 hours, usually within 24.
Could be improved by keeping old version online (beamMP server). I only had one suggestion for change, and that was implemented (allow more characters for server description). Low ping, good performance

I rented a midrange BeamMP server from this host, the first 2 days I could not even complete an order for the server due to Connect Hostings store page continuously crashing, had to open a ticket on their Discord, on the 3rd day I managed to order and pay for the server, it was installed and running within 10 minutes, BUT, and a big BUT at that, customer service after this point has been non existant, Server/Game Panel Tickets go un-actioned alltogether, and the Discord Ticket system has not worked in almost a week, so you join their discord Support Channel which claims 10 minute response time, 24 hours later, no response and messages completely deleted by the owner Recals, no help whatsoever. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this host, would be the worst host I have ever dealt with in the 11 years I have been running servers, I have had probably 50+ servers via 20 odd hosts over that time, and had a fair share of issues from many, but nothing like this. I even paid for an addon for the server, I have the receipt for it but the addon has still yet to be provided.
Edit: A staff member commented tho the owner, (Recals) to look into my ticket on the 23rd, he replied with "Can you send me your email" which I did, but still nothing has been done and the server is still offline, almost 10 days, They may have been good when they started up, but they, (Like many other companys), have now grown and as a result no longer can handle the work load or no longer have the care they used to have.
UPDATE: 25/10/2023
I have now requested a full refund for both products and lodged a cancellation request, I dont expect I will be seeing the refunds at all.
There has still been no action on my tickets/support requests from Recals, as it seems he is the only staff member with the perms. to fix/repair or install anything, he is also the owner. however I have had any message that discloses negative content, i.e. no action on my tickets, deleted again, only positive comments seem to remain.
I wish there was a way to upload and share all the screenshots and other evidence here for all to have access to and see.
Just a quick scroll back through Connect Hostings Discord Support channel as far as 15 months ago shows the same issues I have been having as an onging theme. makes me wonder how genuine a lot of the other reviews here are, even more so when almost half are written in a 2 day period and are all almost exactly the same.

Connect Hosting has been amazing!

There support is fast, reliable and amazing. Same goes for the servers, I personally have 3 minecraft servers and 2 BeamMP server and they are all amazing.
