Connect Outreach CIC is a UK-based Community Interest Company dedicated to empowering individuals and strengthening communities through music, mentorship, workshops, and outreach initiatives. Based in Derby, we create positive, life-changing opportunities for young people, families, and the wider community by using creativity, education, and engagement as tools for transformation. We aim to build confidence, develop skills, and create pathways to employment, entrepreneurship, and long-term personal growth. One of our flagship platforms is the East Midlands Gospel Music Festival, an annual event that brings people together through music, culture, and meaningful community engagement.
