I am sharing my real experience with ConnextFx
I am sharing my real experience with ConnextFx to warn others before deciding to use this broker.
I started with a small account of $500 and gradually grew it through manual trading, step by step, until my balance reached around $2,000. All trades were executed by myself — no EA, no bots, no automation, and no external tools involved.
On March 3, 2026, during a highly volatile market period, I actively traded and generated a trading volume of approximately $55,000+. This was done purely based on my own decisions under the broker’s normal trading environment.
After that, I requested a withdrawal of just $4,000.
That’s when the problem began.
My account was suddenly placed under review. I fully cooperated with everything the broker asked for:
I submitted my full trading journal immediately I provided video recordings of my trading sessions I was completely transparent and willing to be verified in every aspect
Initially, I was told that my account would be reviewed and that I would receive a detailed breakdown of which trades would be affected and what amount would be returned.
However, after a long period of waiting with no clear updates, I received a final response stating:
The decision has been finalized No further details will be provided The case is closed and will not be reviewed again
No breakdown. No explanation. No timeline.
My account has now been suspended, and I have not received my funds back — not even a clear confirmation regarding my original deposit.
The broker claims there were “irregular price movements” during that period and uses this as justification under their Terms & Conditions.
I understand that brokers may adjust profits if there are pricing errors.
But what is unacceptable is:
No transparency in how the adjustments were calculated No clear separation between profit and my own deposited funds No proper communication or timeline Complete refusal to provide details
I have traded with multiple brokers before and have never encountered this kind of issue. I have no history of using any unfair tools or violating trading rules.
This experience has seriously damaged my trust.
From my perspective, this broker is still very new, actively targeting clients in Thailand, but lacks clear standards, transparency, and accountability.
If you are considering ConnextFx, please be extremely cautious — especially when it comes to withdrawals and how disputes are handled.
I am sharing this so others will not have to go through the same situation.

Malicious deduction of account profits
I am extremely disappointed with this transaction and with the CONNEXTFX platform. On April 1, 2026, I deposited $4,000 to manually place orders, holding positions for extended periods and using intermittent orders. After making a profit of $3,150, they refused my withdrawal, blocked my withdrawal privileges, and erased my equity. They sent an email stating that I violated their trading rules, and that this action was delayed. I want to ask, when did manually placing orders become a form of delayed arbitrage? When their customer service asked which trading rules I violated, their response was that I violated certain rules. I wanted to ask what those rules were, but they couldn't even answer. Clearly, making profits on this platform is a violation of their rules. They are completely unfair to their clients, only allowing losses and not profits. Which regulatory body allows CONNEXTFX to operate? I demand the return of my profits and the restoration of my withdrawal privileges.I assure you that I did not violate any rules or the delayed arbitrage mentioned by the broker. I did not use any arbitrage trading programs. All trading orders were placed manually via the MT5 terminal using a trend-following strategy. There were no illegal transactions. This broker will forcibly deduct all your funds under fabricated charges as long as you profit. If they cannot handle this issue properly, you will obviously only lose money here and will not be able to withdraw any profits, even if you profit from market fluctuations.

I did not violate any of their terms in my trading; they are accusing me of something unfounded. I have sent them all my trading records, and any profits I made on their platform are considered violations of their trading terms. Are these platforms really regulated by any regulatory body? Does this allow them to arbitrarily deduct profits earned by their customers?They still haven't given me a fair and reasonable answer.
