En este bootcamp, te dicen que vas a cobrar 3000 euros y mas desde casa, estudiando 2 o 3 horas diarias y es mentira, no devuelven el dinero y las clases no deja de ser como cualquier otro sitio para estudiar como Udemy o otros... El curso aparentemente parece bien


El curso aparentemente parece bien estructurado, se tocan muchísimos temas.
Personalmente dudo que alguien con cero bases de programación lo pueda acabar en 10/12 meses dedicándole 10/15 h a la semana, porque muchas clases son bastante largas y los conceptos (si se quieren entender bien) hay que verlos una y otra vez ya que son muy muy técnicos.
Consejo de mi parte: apuntaros solamente si de verdad os gusta esto de la programación y podéis liderar bien con la frustración, y no porque en algunos videos os dicen que podéis cobrar 3000€ al mes, trabajar en remoto, etc.. creo que con YouTube y una buena hoja de ruta y ejercicios se pueda alcanzar el mismo resultado sin dejarse el coste del curso.

No respetan su propio contrato ni el derecho de desistimiento

Contraté el máster en Desarrollo Full Stack con ConquerX, y tras revisar el contenido me di cuenta de que no se alinea en absoluto con mi carrera profesional. En la videollamada de inscripción no se explicó claramente que el enfoque del curso era exclusivamente desarrollo web, y tomé la decisión de desistir dentro del plazo legal de 14 días que el mismo contrato firmado establece.
Pese a ello, me negaron el reembolso de 1500 euros con argumentos falsos, diciendo que no tengo derecho, cuando en el contrato que ellos mismos redactaron se indica claramente que el cliente puede desistir dentro de los 14 días posteriores a la compra para comprobar si el contenido es el adecuado.
Además, me hicieron perder tiempo derivándome de un área a otra, dificultando el proceso, y me hicieron firmar el contrato solo para decir después que igual no me devolverían nada.
No recomiendo esta empresa. No son claros al vender y no respetan al cliente ni sus propios términos.

Me siento estafado

Contrate la formación con mucha ilusión, pero des graciablemente, me surgió un improvisto medico, el cual no me permite económicamente realizarla, solicite la devolución a los 7 días del ingreso de la reserva 200€ mi gran sorpresa es que la empresa me dice que no me lo devuelven, francamente me llevado una gran sorpresa, porque no me esperaba que una empresa supuestamente con tal prestigio realice este tipo de acciones, me siento estafado.

Mi experiencia hasta ahora

Llevo 1 mes en el master y la experiencia ha sido excelente, ha superado mis expectativas. He aprendido un montón (casi termino pseudocódigo) y tengo acceso con llamadas 1 a 1 a uno de los profesores, Alberto, quien es un excelente profesor, muy paciente y muy bueno explicando cosas que no han sido fáciles de asimilar para mi pues soy completamente nuevo en este mundo de la programación. También es muy valioso contar una comunidad muy activa en discord que siempre ayuda con las dudas. Cuando me interesé por el master y empecé a investigar, tuve muchas dudas porque vi comentarios que decían que esto era una estafa y muchas cosas negativas y pues uno no sabe que creer, pero para mi fue determinante la primera llamada que tuve con Daniel Alfonso, quien me transmitió mucha confianza, fue muy sincero con todo y pacientemente aclaró todas mis dudas, que fueron muchas! También fue determinante el hecho de que la formación esté avalada por el IEAD y la universidad Isabel I. Gracias a todo lo anterior di el salto a inscribirme y fue una excelente decisión! No puedo estar más contento :)

Experiencia negativa con el proceso y gestión posterior.

Fui contactado por el responsable de admisiones, quien me ofreció reservar una plaza con un pago simbólico. Acepté y realicé el pago de 1 euro. A partir de ahí, comenzaron los problemas. Me informaron que ya estaba inscrito formalmente en un master y que debía asumir un crédito, algo que yo jamás había autorizado.
Intenté resolver la situación contactando tanto con el centro como a la financiera implicada, pero la respuesta siempre fue la misma: se amparan en condiciones publicadas en su web, que desde mi punto de vista no se ajustan a la normativa de desistimiento vigente en España (14dias desde la contratación).
Tuve que recurrir a mi entidad bancaria para evitar cargos no reconocidos y posteriormente presenté reclamaciones tanto ante los Mossos d escuadra como ante la OCU. tras varios intentos, finalmente recibí una respuesta indicando que no constataba ningún registro de mi matricula. Según esa comunicación mis datos sencillamente no existían, asi como tampoco existía la titularidad del crédito.
Quiero compartir esta experiencia con la esperanza de que pueda ayudar a otras personas en situaciones similares. Mi recomendación es documentar todo y acudir a los canales oficiales de reclamación.
PD: esta reseña ha sido actualizada el 25 de abril de 2025 tras recibir una llamada que interpreté como un intento de intimidación para que la eliminara. Creo firmemente que la solución está en ofrecer un servicio mas claro y transparente, mas no intimidar ni presionar a los clientes para evitar que podamos contar nuestras experiencias.
