We'd kindly like to explain that we're the Conscious Items store, and we sell crystals. We don't have house lights on our offer. However, we have an amazing lamp collection, and they are not battery-operated. 

Also, we couldn't locate any orders placed under your name in our system. Therefore, we contacted you regarding this matter to request additional information so we can do our best to help.

Regarding the "Buy 1, Get 1 Free" special sale, we're so sorry for any misunderstanding, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We kindly like to explain that the special sale works in a way that out of two items in the cart, the lower-priced not is not charged at the checkout. If you have six items in the cart, three of them will be free, and so on. The terms and conditions of the special sale are noted on each product page. However, we understand your perspective, and we deeply appreciate your feedback and support. We added more details about the sale on the main page. We strive with every opportunity to get better as we grow and learn. 

When it comes to reward points, we kindly like to explain that the reward points are automatically added to the account created using the same email address as the one used for placing the orders. We noticed your account was created using one email address, while the orders were placed using a different one. However, we'd gladly help and merge your accounts. We emailed you a solution, and we're looking forward to your reply. 

While we currently don't offer support via telephone, our team is always here for you, ready and happy to assist via email, social media, or SMS. You can always count on us.
