The Wild Warrior retreat far exceeded my expectations in every way. Cesar is truly a heartfelt and courageous guide with exceptional wisdom to share. If you are looking to transform, to grow, and to heal, look no further. I was very impressed by how powerful the experiences he cultivated were. Cesar truly knows what it means to find and deepen masculinity and human experience, and has a big heart to share that transformation with others.

I am extremely grateful to have had to opportunity to cross paths with Cesar, and work with him on my personal growth. If you are seeking to grow as a man, regardless of your life path, he can help you. I highly recommend his courses, groups, and retreats if you wish to deepen your relationship with yourself and others.

1-on-1 Coaching Program Reflection

When I first entered the coaching program, I was feeling uncertain and untethered—unsure of my personal direction, navigating a recent separation, and struggling with how to move forward in my relationships, especially with my children and a past partner. While I had a sense of my own strengths and knew where I felt the most peace and joy in life, I didn’t know how to turn that into a clear, purposeful path. My goal was simple but profound: to reconnect with my authentic self, release the weight of past pain and future fears, and step fully into ownership of my life.

Throughout the sessions, I was guided to build authentic connections—not just with others, but most importantly, with myself. As a coach, mentor, and brother, Cesar was fully present with me every step of the way. He helped me move through feelings of being stuck and supported me as I confronted the complex, often emotional, terrain of transformation. Some sessions were raw and messy, others were full of clarity and joy, and many required deep introspection and courage. There were moments of resistance and difficulty, but with Cesar’s guidance, I kept moving forward—closer to who I truly am.

Over the course of 10 sessions, I’ve taken significant strides in improving my health, aligning with my purpose, and deepening my relationships. The experience has been nothing short of transformative. I now look toward the future with a renewed sense of clarity and confidence, knowing I am a stronger, more grounded version of myself because of this coaching journey.

Cesar gave me the tools to slow down, connect with my heart, and trust my gut instincts in a way I never had before. Through his guidance, I’ve learned to approach life with more calmness and clarity. And the methods and daily practices he taught me I continue 9 months after the program ended.

Cesar has a gift for creating a safe and encouraging space where personal growth feels natural and attainable. I can't recommend his program enough to anyone looking to reconnect with themselves and live with greater purpose and peace.

My husband returned from the retreat and I would say he came back “a new man” but that isn’t really quite it. It’s more like he came back feeling safe enough to be more himself than I’ve ever seen him be, but that I always knew he could be.

Cesar is masterful at creating a safe space for men. He is authentic and willing to be vulnerable which gives the rest of us the experience that it is okay to do the same. My wife has shared multiple times how much she appreciates the men's group because of who I get to be as a husband and father having been a part of it. I've been able to connect with the masculine in me and create healthy boundaries in my life in ways that I never have before.

In Conscious Masculinity I found a group of men that not only I admire and respect, but get to learn from and call them my brothers. It’s my first experience in a man’s circle and I wish I had done this work before. Cesar does a great job keeping the group focused on relevant subjects for men and he challenges us to step out of our comfort zone. We talk about everything, support each other and hold ourselves accountable for our promises. I’ve had many breakthroughs during many of the meetings and I know my fellow brothers have too.

I cannot even begin to express my gratitude for this brotherhood.
As a man, dealing with my emotions was not one of my strong suits and having to deal with different types of relationships from a place of repressing those emotions was not conducting me to successful connections, let alone to say healthy ones
I so appreciate this group of humans (Thank you Cesar for creating this) who, in spite of being complete strangers, can create such a safe and mindblowing space where I can feel seen, heard, loved and gotten.
We are all dealing with stuff and having a place where I can go Just to get that I am not alone and there are others dealing with similar situations, this is priceless

Joining the Conscious Masculinity men's circle has been an incredibly uplifting experience. It provided a safe and welcoming space where I felt comfortable sharing my thoughts and emotions. This circle has been instrumental in helping me connect with other men who are also on a journey towards self-improvement and understanding. The sense of brotherhood and mutual support is remarkable. Each session leaves me feeling more grounded and connected, not only with others but also with myself. It's a rare and valuable space where we, as men, can explore our vulnerabilities and strengths together. I've gained a deeper understanding of masculinity and how to express it in healthy and positive ways. Highly recommend it to any man looking to deepen their connections and grow personally.

Cesar is a wonderful listener, and pulls no punches, he will tell you straight what he believes and what he believes his best for you! I love that about him!

I believe Cesar is a great man, who demonstrates living a good life. He does a fantastic job holding space for men to talk about the problems that they don't often get to share in regular society. I highly recommend any men looking to be able to share some of their authentic struggles to feel, speak about and eventually transcend their own difficulties. Cesar does great work!

This Men's circle has been unlike anything I have ever experienced and I've done a lot of Transfmational programs! The space is super safe and this opens up the ability to talk about things that I have NEVER felt safe to discuss openly, EVER. Progress, Partnership and Accountability probably sums it up the best. Cesar is a fantastic leader and always plans relevant discussion material for the calls. Highly recommend!!

I've gotten a lot of value from being in the group. I discovered the core incident that separated me from being vulnerable with other men. Since then, I've embarked on a radical self-discovery that's left me powerful, empowered, and a true authentic version of myself.
