Very comfortable, cute designs, support various issues and donate proceeds to charity! They have plenty of sales throughout the year too! I have about 10 crew pairs now!

I had a "build your own" subscription. Each month, I would get an email telling me to choose my pair of socks. This month, I didn't get that email. Instead, I got only an order confirmation for a seemingly random pair. I did not want that style, and they weren't my size. I responded immediately asking to cancel the order. They said no. I asked to return them for a refund once they arrived. They said no to that as well, claiming that their return policies are "clearly stated" on their website. The only one I remember seeing said that they accept returns of unworn items within 30 days. On the FAQ, they do indeed say that subscription items can't be returned. But surely that can't be the only place, as it runs afoul of consumer protection laws in my state and others! I went through the subscription signup process again, to the final screen. The 30 day return policy is shown there. By law, they have to honor the policy stated in the purchase process, but they have refused. In Massachusetts, that violates chapter 93A; as a result, they could be required to pay double or treble damages. For one pair of socks, the company probably doesn't care. But if this is happening to a lot of people? Perhaps!

This leaves me skeptical of their sustainability and ethics claims. Buyer beware.
