Just finished having our conservatory windows, frame and roof replaced with a solid, tiled roof system by CRS. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and the level of service. Richard was very helpful and showed great enthusiasm, shared his ideas, and made sure we got the best possible options. The installers, Chris and Rich, were fantastic and just cracked on with getting the new conservatory installed. Since the installation, we have already noticed the big difference that the new tiled roof has made to our home. Overall, we’re very happy with the work CRS has done and would highly recommend them. The quotation was also no-nonsense and, from our research, very fair and competitive.

We wanted to replace our old polycarbonate roof on our conservatory as it was way past it's time. It was freezing in winter and boiling in summer and not a usable space at all. We did some research and came across CRS. From the minute we met Richard to the end of the job everything was superb. Richard listened to what we wanted and it was delivered. The price was also extremely reasonable and competitive. The craftmanship and the attention to detail is outstanding. The lads were extremely professional and meticulous, and tidied up every day. We also had a privacy wall added and a set of doors removed and replaced with a wall and a window, and it looks great! We now have a functional, usable room that enhances the look of our house and we could not be more pleased. The finished roof far exceeds our expectations and we would not hesitate to recommend CRS.

We appointed CRS to rework our aged conservatory with new windows and door and a solid insulated roof to replace the thermally inefficient polycarbonate roof. We are so glad we did. From an initial enthusiastic consultation with Richard all the way through the survey, planning and construction process lead by installers Chris and Rich, CRS have proved themselves highly capable and professional. It’s rare to find a company that care as much about your own property as CRS do. The care and quality of the work is top notch and we are delighted with the finished result which has given us a whole new living space that looks great and stays warm. I highly recommend these guys.

Outstanding customer service. Staff were polite and explained everything. Superb repair job done and left site clean and tidy. Competitively priced, no hesitation in recommending them.

On the recommendation of my sister and brother-in-law having had their conservatory roof replaced by CRS and seeing the result, my husband and I decided it would be the perfect solution for us. The conservatory roof had been leaking and we had found it to be too cold in winter and too hot in summer. I was concerned that a tiled roof would make our lounge, being an inner room, rather dark and gloomy but how wrong could I have been! The velux windows are amazing, the sun streams through and more importantly, it is now a warm, quiet, useable all year round room and feels very much part of the house. It took 5 working days to complete, plus the plasterer and electrician, both men very professional and friendly. What an amazing working partnership the 2 fitters had! So professional, so hard working and so very pleasant! They arrived promptly each morning, knowing exactly what they wanted to achieve each day and continually cleaned up. I couldn’t fault them! Also Richard was delightful.
All in all, a very positive experience from start to finish and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

Just had a solid conservatory roof installed by CRS after months of researching all the various systems on the market.
We wanted a timber structure as metal/aluminium structures can sweat causing damp, we also wanted the highest U-values possible.
Our south facing 20 year old 6x3 lean-to with polycarbonate roof was totally unusable in all seasons.
We went for a double hipped solid roof which has lifted our ceiling a further 1m complete with Tapco slate tiles.
The transformation is stunning and the whole conservatory looks new again.
A big thank you to Chris and Rick the installers. I’m a project manager within the building industry and their attention to detail/finish was first class.. I wish that my contractors worked at the same high standard.
All in all the installation has surpassed my expectations and the cost in relation to other ‘like for like’ systems was very competitive too.

A few months ago we used CRS to replace our conservatory roof with a solid truss supported roof. The work was quality, professional work done in a timely manner. This month CRS just finished replacing our windows and our entry door as well as some modifications to our homes exterior. Again, a job well done. Something we are proud to have had done. Neighbors have been very complimentary. We have highly recommended CRS to family members. Thank you for the professional, quality and speedy work.

Great service! Sorted out my sisters conservatory from the planning to the build and love the new roof. I think it looks really good and would recommend them for good honest work.

After recently moving in we started to look at options to improve the aging conservatory and make it a little more suitable all year round by fitting a lightweight roof. We found CRs through a bit of google-fu, the day after receiving our enquiry Richard came out and walked us through the process and provided us with a quote and CAD image of the how it would look.

That level of engagement, attention to detail and transparency was welcomed. 4 weeks later the team turned up, the two lads who did the majority of the graft removing the old roof and building our new lightweight roof. The lads were polite & professional, arriving on time every day and cleanig up behind themselves.

The Plasterer and electrician where the same. Total time for the entire project from removal of the old roof to final fix was 5 days, and 5 weeks from agreeing the quote.

The finished product looks fantastic, has given us a 'stealth' extension that has improved and enlarged our usable living space. Cannot recommend this product and team enough.

The company and team.
I did a lot of research into companies that do this type of work.Crs(Richard) was excellent at explaining all the technical questions l had and based on his knowledge,experience and explanation of how it works l was confident this was the company for us.The price was also extremely competitive compared to other installation companies. They also sort out building regulations for you

The Product
I has visited a couple of individuals who had theirs done a few years ago.They said it was a "great investment and their conservatory is a completely different room.I visited one of them in February and the conservatory was "WARM" no heating on at the time.They didn't hesitate to recommend to replace my roof. One company they used no longer does them as they our window fitters and to busy the other individuals company was double the price we were quoted by CRS.
Our conservatory is northwest facing.
It would be uncomfortable in mid summer and unusable in winter.
We have noticed with the new roof on it is comfortable even with temperatures as high as 28degrees.
We thought it might make our inner room darker but this is not the case.
I can't make a comment on what it will be like in winter but l do know the insulation in the roof is probably more than all the house insulation put together. As with all rooms in a house may need a little heating in winter but the big plus is we will be able to use it.
End result
In conclusion we are extremely happy with results so far.Looks great more inviting and comfortable.

We've just had a solid roof installed on our conservatory by CRS. Richard was a fantastic no pressure salesman,the team were fantastic the quality and workmanship is first rate and the roof looks superb. We are more than happy with the finished project and would highly recommend this company.

We have had our conservatory roof upgraded to a solid one. What a difference, the conservatory is quiet and already we can tell it is a warmer room than previously. Richard and Chris, 'the main men', did a super job with the installation, and were extremely tidy. They swept up every day before leaving and took all the rubbish away too. The electrician and plasterer were also excellent. The job was really well managed. As each stage was reached the next tradesman arrived. From the initial visit from Richard who took our booking, until the final visit by him, we have to say, this has been a good experience. We would definitely recommend CRS.

For some time, my husband Paul and myself thought about having our glass conservatory roof replaced with a proper roof. Anyone who has a conservatory knows that as a rule, they are way too hot in summer and way too cold in winter, meaning they are unusable for most of the year. So, having looked around, we decided to contact CRS. I was called back by a lovely man called Richard, who talked me through the procedure and various options without any pressure whatsoever. Richard came to our house to see the existing conservatory and gave us a price for the work required, and we decided that we would indeed like to go ahead. On the 22nd of August Chris and Richard, the roof installers, came and started the job. From beginning to end, they were, cheerful, friendly and funny, but best of all, extremely good at what they do. During the build the quality of materials used was apparent. The LED lighting was placed perfectly by Tom, the electrician and the plasterer did a great job. All is finished now, and we have a room that we love and can use all year round. It looks truly beautiful, and we would recommend CRS to anyone considering having their conservatory roof replaced.

RS Have just fitted a warm roof replacement on our conservatory. From the initial call to the Rep Richard on the 15/02/2022 to completion on the 14/04/2022 the whole experience was stress free ,Rep Richard is not the pushy type he patiently explained in detail how the work would progress and always replied to all calls swiftly, The work was carried out by two fitters Richard and Chris to a very high standard they were courteous and hardworking and managed to meet the Easter deadline, we are very pleased with the finished result and would definitely recommend them.

It was an excellent service from start to finish. Richard and Chris installed in very cold days. You could not fault Richard and Chris. They understood potential other issues and made sure they kept my neighbours happy. The conversion to a solid roof is already showing the benefits. I would definitely recommend CRS as their price was not inflated and they definitely deliver a fantastic product.

Our old plastic roof was leaking and was looking shabby.It was too hot in the summer too cold in the winter.Decided to replace it with a solid insulated roof.Conservatory Roof Specialist Rep Richard measured up and explained the build system.He was very patient explaining everything without the hard sell.The quote we received was reasonable so we accepted
Richard & Chris the 2 fitters arrived when they said they would. I can't praise them enough,they both worked like Trojans,completing the roof in less than a week. Their standard of work was first class and they cleaned up as they went on.
The day after the fitters finished the plasterer arrived and again I couldn't fault his work.
A week later Tom the electrician arrived to install the spotlights.Superb job allround.

Richard, came out to give us a quote and it was no nonsense just plain English, not like the usual rubbish that comes out of a salesmans mouth . It was the cheapest we had , and after visiting other customers and seen there's we decided to go with CRS . After a slight delay due to rain the chaps came and started the work and worked every day until it was completely finished.There workmanship was spot on !! They cleaned up after every day and to be honest I can not fault them , Richard was always on hand if we needed anything and dealt with it straight away . I would defiantly recomend CRS, we saved 1000s against one particular well known company . And so glad we went with them . Just one thing make sure you have plenty tea and coffee for the the guys .
