Excellent service deffo use u again and recommend you to people .

Really friendly, fixed my ps5 in matter of days. Else where was charging me over £300 and these guys did everything for £200. I would highly recommend these guys. They managed to fix my ps5 which kept randomly turning off after I accidentally dropped it and also fixed the controller where R2 was broken.

Very rare for me to leave a review. Truly an amazing company. I had an issue with my PlayStation and was quoted £200+ for repair by Sony. After doing my research I came across Console Portal. Everything was so straight forward with express delivery both ways. They also include a courier if you have issues posting it yourself which was a nice thought for those who may have decreased mobility! I was in contact with them throughout the repair. 5 days total!! A massive thanks to Steve, Sam and the rest of the team. Need more honest fair people like that in the world. All my gaming friends know of the company now so hopefully more customers, rightly deserved. 6*'s. 👍🤌

Console portal done an amazing job for me I had trouble with my PS5 HDMI port wasn't working sent it off and was done very quickly not had a problem since highly recommended there service .

Awesome service, just boxed up my PS5 and attached the delivery label I was sent. Collection and delivery was all aranged for me with plenty of comms on progress from the company. Console arrived back to me within 7 days good as new. All this for under half what Sony quoted..

Couldn't recommend Console Portal enough! Repair was a good price and the service was quick. As I live locally I was able to drop my PS5 off to them myself, they had it repaired within an hour.
