Do not buy from them!! I ordered two different skins and only one ever showed up. And when I got it, it was messed up. I messaged them over ten times and never heard back from them.

Impressive quality and eye-catching visuals. This skin transformed my PS5 Slim into a stunning centerpiece. It fits snugly and feels premium to the touch.

Flawless execution. The decal fits my PS VR2 headset perfectly. The high-resolution artwork and matte finish make it look and feel premium. I am very pleased with the results.

It turned out so well, even better than I expected! The design looks amazing, and there are no bubbles at all. I absolutely love it!

Complete radio silence after several attempts

Very poor customer service . I also order before Christmas for my son ps5 and did not receive till way after. Received the wrong product 2 times then blames the customer when pictures were sent and more then enough detail provided. Also when I though they sent the correct product for the 2nd time I tried to apply to my console but did not fit/incorrect skin again now they will not let me return so now I’m stuck with wrong product and out the money.

Absolutely do not order! I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and have not had as much as a single confirmation email. I have messaged 3 times via their website and absolutely no response . Disgusting customer service and no package for xmas gift that was ordered well within timeframe.

Where to begin….if you want a great product at a good price, this is the company to use however, will you receive your product in a timely manner, or receive your package at all. This company used a courier named UniExpress. Very low quality courier. Also, I reached out to the support staff and their answer was to “wait.” The issue is that my package made it all the way to my state and to my main hub city. It went on “out for delivery” status. So far it has been in this status for 8 days. I called ConsoleSkins when it was in this status for 2 days. The support staff at ConsoleSkins were no help. When my package was on “out for delivery” status on the 4th day, I reached back out to support and they suggested that I wait up to 14 more days and gave me 5 customer service phone numbers to call. They provided the name of the courier but the tracking number is not the correct tracking number so you can’t track your shipment on the UniExpress website. It was a vendor tracking number that can only be used via the Yanwen App or you can call UniExpress and they can find the correct tracking number associated with the vendor tracking number. Hope you are following. I called UniExpress. They told me that when a package goes on “out for delivery” status, it isn’t really “out for delivery” it’s really just assigned to a driver to pick up and that the driver has up to 48 hours to pick up the package. My package was sitting somewhere for 4 days so they took my number, said they would reach out to the drivers supervisor and the driver to get my package out to me at 6pm that day. Never got a call, never got my package. The support staff at ConsoleSkins never did any work on the issue. Never offered a resolution or even offered any real “support.” I am basically doing my own support by calling UniExpress. On the 5th day, I called UniExpress back. I offered to go to the main hub in Phoenix, AZ to pick up my package. The CSR rep didn’t know the address. So to sum it up, I ordered my skin on November 26, 2024. When I noticed an issue, I immediately reached out to Support at ConsoleSkins. I got no support. Was told to wait. Reached back out to support after the suggested wait time given by ConsoleSkins and they offered 5 customer service numbers and to wait for 14 days after the last shipment update. As of December 9, 2024, I haven’t received my package. It’s here in Arizona, but just setting in a phantom warehouse but I can’t go pick it up. I reached back out to support and asked for a full refund. Haven’t heard back. I will never use this company again. No customer service and they use the cheapest courier they can and make the customer use them and then when their are issues, the customer is on their own. Their example of support is to give you some phone numbers and have you do their job for them. I would have gladly paid to use reputable couriers like UPS, FedEx…etc. but they choose your carrier for you and then disappear when issues arise. Order at your own risk and understand if you are on a time sensitive schedule, good luck. It isn’t going to be met and they don’t care. You may not receive your package at all.

I ordered skins for my xbox 1x a month ago still haven't received them is this a scam

I received the product in a timely manner. I wasn’t sure about “skins” being that I regarded it as an “oversized sticker.” I was dead wrong. The PS5 Slim skin fit the aftermarket shell perfectly. This was the only place I found that had the skin that matched my customized Iron Man themed controllers. The quality is top notch. Properly installing the skin is tedious and involves removing the skin to apply it correctly. It didn’t rip like other skins. If there is bends or bubbles, simply apply heat with a heat gun or hair dryer and use a micro fiber cloth to smooth them out. Directions were clear and simple. I wont purchase skins from any other source. The price and quality can’t be matched.

I got a control decal sticker for my ps5 controller. It took awhile to receive it. Tracking was also hard to know it was going to arrive but I was happy at the end it came. I love my DBZ controller now. 😍

Sent wrong skin, (the ugliest skin i have ever seen) won't reply or refund!
Also no where to leave review on website, so can only assume all reviews are fake!

Do not buy from these scamers!

They sent me the wrong ps4 slim skin. I asked for a refund or to be sent the skin I asked for. They replied saying send me a picture then never got back to me. I've been left with a ugly ps4 slim skin for months now. The worst console skin place ever. Do not order over here.

Bought PS5 skin from this website and it turned out to be the best product! No wonder, the product arrived in time ! Recommended product.
