Not even worth 1 star. Joke of a company. Outfit nothing like what is advertised, poor quality and sizing is a joke. I returned item and they received this on 12th July, no response to any of my messages and still no refund. Email provided doesnt work, found another email admin at the constant style (this doesnt let you type it) No reply from this. Have messaged on Facebook and instagram nothing again. Do not order from this company

If I could have put zero stars I would have!! Disgraceful company. Returned items over 2 months ago and still NO refund! Noone responds to emails or messages via Facebook! I have lost money because of this company. Do not use!!!!!

Returned 2 items by recorded delivery which were signed for on 08 Jun. I have been trying to make contact with Constant Style for almost 2 weeks with no response.

Czekalam ponad 5 tygodni i nadal cisza. Ubrania okazaly sie nie przydatne.

Avoid at all costs! Also trade as bargain boutique. Sizing is shocking so returned. No refund, ignoring all communication!

Never again! Returned a dress and followed all instructions. Paid for fully tracked and insured postage back to constant style. 6 weeks later still no refund and they are ignoring all messages. Lost over £35!

One of my items didn’t turn and the others was poor quality and was nothing like the pictures, I sent the items back recorded delivery still got no refund and they won’t respond to messages or email, companies like this shouldn’t be allowed to trade, I wish I would of seen reviews first STAY AWAY from this company.

Dress looked nice however the sizing was too big. I ordered a size 6 and it literally came down to my knees. No reply to any of my emails so cant send it back. Definitely won't use this website again.

Item didn't suit my shape, I returned it immediately recorded delivery and no still refund & no communication from them.

My order took 10 days to arrive (not the 2-3 days quoted), it looked cheap and shapeless. I returned the dresses (2 sizes) and never received the refund. They are now unresponsive to messages.

Ordered from here for a friend. Wish I'd looked first. Money has been taken and, allegedly my order was shipped on 23rd May into the unknown. No response from company as to where my order is. Why are they allowed to advertise everywhere????

Ordered over a month ago a dress. First I didn’t even received a confirmation on my email. When I asked for confirmation after two weeks I got an email that item has been dispatched. It arrived 3 weeks after I ordered it and I live only in Leicestershire!
Dress was completely different to what it was in the picture … when I wanted to return it there is no even instructions how to do it!
They say to contact them and ask for instruction but 3 emails sent in space of 2 weeks and no response whatsoever!

Do not buy from here absolute shocking company quality is poor and I have sent my items back. They have had the items and confirmed they have because I had signed proof and yet I still haven’t had a refund and it’s been weeks. When you try to contact them they ignore your messages or say they will chase it and then never contact you back! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! If I could give 0 stars I would!!

If I could give no stars I would. Dresses are cheap material. Returned for a refund. Have proof they received them and no refund. They don’t reply to messages or emails. £56 down the drain. Stay clear you have been warned !!

Please do not use this company. I ordered a dress, the material was cheap with Chinese writing scribbled out on the bag, it took a long time to receive my item so is this company actually based in china?? I wanted to return the dress so had to facebook message them to get the returns address, very helpful at the start. Once i'd returned the dress I messaged to ask when i'd get my refund, I was told 2-3 days. 2 weeks passed and I messaged again several times but I am now being ignored. I can see that they have seen the messages but are clearly ignoring them. They are thieves and should not be trusted. There is no phone number and no proper email address for them that I can find, so I don't know how to escalate this. Hopefully enough people will complain and this company will be shut down!!!

Returned my parcel on 16/4/22 , sent various messages being totally ignored , just want my money back. Appalling service , will never order anything else or recommend to anyone

Tried over 3 times to get hold of someone from this company to return a product, we wanted to change to a different size but they haven’t returned to our massages so don’t think we’ll ever use this company again. Rubbish customer service
