I'm very satisfied, I found my item little bit damaged but a big thanx to Consumers Plumbing I got my replacement immediately.

I do not recommend doing business with this company ever. My Maintenance Engineer ordered a hot water heater on line using the company credit card as authorized. When he called to find out the delivery time, the women accused him of fraud because he didn't know the zip code on the credit card. The woman Tammy called me to verify but I was in a meeting. When I called back they refused to sell me the hot water heater because they said we are flagged as fraud. We have bought from this company before and they can verify but refused to do so. I even called the owner Rick Brenner and he said it is policy not to sell to us because the maintenance person at first gave the wrong zip code. I

I was looking for Grohe kitchen faucet spout replacement. I googled and found ConsumersPlumbing's website. Their website is easy to use, and their price is way better than Grohe's own website. USPS delivery was no frill. I purchased the Grohe faucet twice, and I will not buy another warranty is getting worse. Thanks goodness for ConsumersPlumbing for making it tolerable, so I don't need to be bothered by calling Grohe's customer service.
