We have had a Continental Underfloor Heating system in our house for over 17 years and from day one it has operated brilliantly. A couple of years ago I needed to separate two circuits that had been linked when we built the house and I spoke to Carol Jordan who was able to provide an additional thermostat and receiver and to explain precisely what I needed to do to install them - which I was easily able to do following her detailed instructions. It worked perfectly first time.
I have just found that one of our rooms was cold so again I phoned and spoke to Carol again and she was able to explain what three possible problems may have caused it and what I should do in order to ascertain which part had failed. Again I followed her detailed instructions and was easily able to identify the faulty component - it turned out to be the thermostat which I can now easily replace.
So ... to have 1 component fail in a complicated system in over 17 years is very impressive and equally impressive is the brilliant help I received from Carol (on both occasions) which enabled me to get everything up and running without the need to call out a local heating engineer.

Although I have a go at most jobs around the house, I'm a keen DIYer not a tradesman. I used Continal to guide me and provide all the design for a 72 sq m installation. My contact was David Wormell, who gave great advice on which product to use and rapidly answered any queries I had during installation. The products are high quality and easy to install. Service and response from David was exceptional, I will be using Continal again for my next project.

It has been a pleasure to work with Troy and the team at Continal. From early days in the project they were able to design and specify all details required for a fast hassle free design that really works very efficiently. Troy was on hand during changes to the design as the project evolved and the help given on connection day for the electrician gave peace of mind.
The kit supplied is of high quality and the instructions/CAD plan was clear and fit for purpose enabling us to fit it exactly to the plan and being laminated and large meant we didn’t loose it either!

I am a truly amateur underfloor heating home owner and needed some help to select, buy and install a few items for my manifold.

I was looked after by Carol who went above and beyond to help me through the process. Carol was amazing and the whole experience was exceptional.

We have been using Continal for a number of years now. We always recieve a quality service from Troy, sometimes having to change items of our quotes mulitple times. Our deliveries always arive when they say it will, which is very important to us. Continal supply qaulity goods, cant fault them!

I was struggling to find information to sort my 22 year old underfloor heating system out. Few data labels or anything. I stumbled on continal which amazingly were only a few miles from my home.
Spoke to Carol who had a great technical knowledge of ufh and put me in the right track to diagnose fault. Identified it was prob a watts system and demistified what I was dealing with.
I happened to be near the office in launceston and dropped in to see what kit was available. Ben kindly listened to my problem, suggested a couple of checks re the pump and 2 way valve and after an hours work I had confirmed the fault. I needed an old style pump and it was suggested getting one locally which was very truthful and at my request showed me some control box options as I intend to replace my tired one and tidy up,the installation wiring. Really good service from them. Well done all. I’ll be back. ( my plumber also mentioned he had used them for 20 years with great success.)

We had underfloor heating for the whole downstairs of our property under many different floor coverings wood stone slate and tile Troy Wyse was very patient and knowledgeable gave great advice and an excellent service and price great company would use again !
