Straightforward and gets the job done without the fluff

Good resource if you need standard legal templates fast. I manage a small contracting business here in PA and occasionally need to draft quick agreements for subcontractors. Contractdraft is clean, doesn't bombard you with ads, and the downloaded formatting actually holds up in Word (which is rare). It covers the basics very well. I still run complex stuff by my attorney, but for day-to-day operational paperwork and standard agreements, this site saves me hours of drafting from scratch.
