We’ve been working with Contractors Appointment for years and honestly love the experience. The leads are solid, and their customer service is always on point. Anytime we’ve had an issue, they’ve handled it quickly. Our account manager, Mardie, is awesome — super helpful and always there when we need her. It’s been a great partnership all around!

We have been working with CA for over 5 years now and I'm very happy with their service. They're honest, professional and great at whay they do. The communication has always been outstanding and the account managers are very responsive and proactive. I would and do recommend them to many.

Poor Quality Leads, poor customer service. We only still use Contractor Appointments because we are on a pay-per-sale program. They have tried several times switching to a pay per demo or pay per lead program and I would never pay for their leads because the way they go about getting the leads is shady & deceptive, which causes the poor quality leads. When you give them feedback, they act like they hear it, but they don't really care. The reason the lead quality is so poor is that they advertise their "costguide.com" site by posting videos on social that lead consumers to believe they are signing up for a "government program" like weatherization that gets them windows for "next to nothing" and then while they mean windows for "as low as $69 per month" the text says Windows $69. So a large majority of the leads are consumers who don't have 2 dimes to rub together who are hoping they can get windows for free from the government or that the windows cost $69 each. Then they turn around and sell to contractors who have high end windows so when we get out to these houses people have no income, no credit, the house is in poor condition, and they can't afford to buy windows. Out of every 1000 "leads" they give you, you'll maybe run into a very small handful of sales (20 tops) but in the meantime you end up paying out fuel & time running around to homes that have no means to buy windows and the commission you pay when you get a sale is 18% which is about 3% above standard for marketing commissions in the industry. I would only suggest using them if they offer you pay per sale program because if not there is absolutely no way to get a return on investment when you pay for 1000 bad leads to get maybe 20 sales.

I have been using Contractor Appointments for years with minimal issues. Now, as both their lead quantity and their lead quality have dropped off dramatically and their business is failing, they stopped treating me like a client and more like their servant. They had the nerve to send me a disrespectful email demanding a new report that they've never requested or mentioned before. This as for months they've failed to deliver even a few real leads. To add to the insult, when I requested that they explain what this is all about and why they've failed to communicate this request previously, they launched an attack on me accusing me of being mean and closed our account. These people deserve the failure that they're experiencing. They'll all be unemployed in 24 months I'm sure.

2 Nd time that a Contractor did not show up for an appointment for an estimate. Wasted my time but saved me money as unprofessionalism can not be rewarded with a contract

Too many ads! I've and swamped with this company's ads for more than 6 months. I'm not going to do business with you..

Sent to multiple, numerous, excessive, ridiculous amount of incorrect addresses, homes of renters not owners, homes of prospective buyers, a Dennys of all places. Then argued about crediting deals and turned our service off. All over a email that said their leads were bs

Great lead source if you know how to close deals! Refunds are fair and platform is extremely easy to use as far as reporting and tracking goes. Only issue we have had is we can’t get enough! Load us up with Windows Sean!!!!

Outstanding company for leads! They allow the customer to book their own dates and times, and in my experience these appointments have a much lower cancellation rate. Also, I close a higher percentage of leads compared to other lower cost leads.

As a small company in the growth stages it is important to be cautious as to how we spend our money and where. Lead generation and appointment setting is a big part of our business and we want quality appointments with a company that backs up what they promise. Contractor's Appointments has been that company for us and we look forward to growing our business with them as a part of it.

Company makes a bunch of promises. No leads for months, then 1 day flooded with leads in areas that we dont work in. We have a very specific geography and these leads are not even close. Basically we cant deliver so we will steal as much money as possible before you cut us off!

If you want to spend money for nothing this is the place to do it I spent over $2400 for appointments and did not even sign one up don’t waste your time or money....
