Very unimpressed. I ordered ghe size as per the sizing chart. It's gappy under the arm and the extra layer rolls up under my bust. Uncomfortable around the rib cage. Don't believe the hype

Delivery was spot on sizing spot on comfort is excellent ,light feel soft to touch deffo recommend oh and comfortable for full day wearing

I ordered 2 pairs of shaper shorts and found them far to tight and asked to return them
They are insisting on a credit note
I just want my money back so far no luck

What a fantastic company. I can't fault anything. The bras are top quality and so comfortable. When ordering i used the size chart so I could order the right size. I went with a 2XL as that what the size chart recommended. Placed my order and received them the next day which was fantastic. I tried them on and gave it a day or so and I just felt the cups were a bit roomy for me and it just felt a bit too big overall. I got in touch with customer service, which I got a reply within a day. Harriet who assisted me, recommended I size down which I thought would be best. I thought I would have to return and jump through hoops to exchanged as with a lot of company's it takes week. Not with conturve. Harriet told me how to do the exchange, I did not have to return the ones that didn't fit, they even recommended to go to charity or find another home for them, which I have. After roughly 24hours the exchanged was processed and within say 3 days I was told that they were being dispatched.
The XL size has now arrived and they are superb. I am so happy after more than 10 years finding bras that are comfortable affordable and a great fit, but also to be assisted so well by Harriet, I'd say give this lady a raise because she was so polite and extremely helpful. Thanks to her it made the exchange a success. I will most certainly be purchasing more item from Conturve in the future. 😊

Sizing all wrong and when I’ve asked for a refund have been denied ( because item in the sale)… surely can’t be right?

Brought two bras at check out it offered a third for £15.99 so clicked it but was charged £29.99 I thought it would discount on the following page. But my payment was taken by SHOP instantaneous. I've tried contacting customer service. And they dont help. Not impressed

I found you looking for comfortable bras and am now using your shapewear. At 55, I’m coming to realise I have hyper mobility, which is why I have extensive joint pain. I now wear the short sleeve bodysuit and mesh shorts to support my joints till I can build the muscles. What I didn’t expect was the comfort! Not only are the lumps and bumps smoothed out and joints helped, it’s even comfortable after to mins of cardio. I recommend you highly to friends

Very happy with the ultimate comfort bras, I have several in different colours. When I placed my last order I needed to email as the ‘offer of an extra bra at discount price’ didn’t show in my bill. Customer services got back to me the following day and Harriet was very helpful and arranged for a refund of the difference straight away. Excellent service

Awful Bra!
Ordered 28/2, arrived really quickly - which is why the extra star. Bra is hideous, huge, ugly, bulky and doesn't fit right, loose at sides. Personally I don't feel that this bra is suitable for the larger lady. Definitely doesn't look like the photos, I'm a 38G ! I have applied for a refund and sent an email regarding this but have no idea what is happening. No sign of the refund and no returns label. Looking at other reviews it sounds like you keep the product and they send a refund but not sure how long the refund takes? Not very clear at all. **Update 10/3 Refund now received of £24.00. So it's cost me £6.50 in total to have a bra that is unusable and I'll probably give to charity. £3.50 delivery plus £3.00 deduction from your refund but they let you keep the product! Wouldn't buy from here again.

I have bought a few bras from Conturve. When one didn't fit properly the Customer Services Department could not have been more helpful. I received an "above and beyond " service from them. Thanks especially to Harriet.

Unfortunately, on 2 February, I ordered the wrong size bra and despite numerous requests, I cannot get any useful information about how to exchange it Last Friday, someone called Harriet promised to sort it out but since then sweet fat nothing. I simple can’t understand why this is happening. Other companies manage to process returns or exchanges very rapidly but not Conturve.

For years I have put up with uncomfortable bras with wires poking into me or busting out of the bra cup, straps that dig in to my shoulders and those horrid bulges under my armpits but since I got my first order from conturve these issues are a thing of the past. So comfortable and supportive. I don’t have any other bras now. I’ve also ordered the shaping shorts which are a must for under dresses or something more shapely. Gives a pleasing silhouette without skimping on comfort.
My only criticism is they don’t do pull over or front fastening bras which I would find a godsend due to bad hands and shoulders but otherwise, this is a great company with fantastic products and great customer service. I’m a happy returning customer 🙂

After seeing all the hype I decided to give the 'comfy' non wired bras a go for the first time. My original order never turned up and after toing and froing with the 'bot' and then sending an angry email in frustration was advised pretty quickly a replacement order would be sent, thankfully by priority 48hr mail. I did receive the order 2 days later but excitement was short lived. Despite following the Conturve online size guide in comparison to my usual very good 34F M&S fit, even on the tightest hooks the recomnended XL was slack around the ribcage under bust.
Once again I ended up frustrated with the 'bot' when trying to arrange an exchange and ended up sending another email. Customer services were very good and quick with a response and offered to send replacements in a different size, L, free of charge and suggested perhaps I could to donate the first order to charity or give to a friend.
The replacement duly arrived and whilst the cup fit is better, was still too slack around the ribcage and not as well supporting as I'd like and need but they'll do and give me a temp break from my usual wired bras when I go in for surgery soon.
I can see the appeal of these, the material is very soft and you almost don't know you're wearing a bra but personally, for the larger boobed woman I think these bras cover your modesty more than giving proper support.

Lovely customer service from Harriet. My bra is fantastic great shape gives a great look and comfortable. The sizing on the shape pants could do with reviewing 8/10 then 14/16 suggest 12/14 .
Will be back for another bra !

I have made 3 previous 1 star reviews due to poor Customer Service and misleading information on their website leading to me paying for something that I had not ordered.

I have to say that after a long running experience, Anna from Customer Service has finally taken responsibility and has sorted all of my concerns.

Not quite a 5 star yet as has taken so long but I am happy with the outcome and will order in the future from this company as I like their products.
