If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered an item back in December 20 25 and paid over $31 for it. This is a company in China claiming to sell products from Italy. I have been going back-and-forth with them since they finally decided to answer my emails in late January claiming that the package has been delivered. They gave me a tracking number and long story short, the package never arrived to my doorstep. They do not refund they just keep sending you these scam emails saying the item has been delivered. Do not order from this company. They are not legitimate and they are not Truthful.

1) they lied about the processing speed of my order and wouldn't allow me to cancel it 2) the product was defective, flawed & doesn't work. The phone case wireless charger magnet is so weak, it can't stay attached to the charger & the slightest bump will dislodge it and it won't wirelessly charge thru the case. It's utter worthless.

ZERO STARS!!! My order took almost two months to arrive, and it is total trash - literally cheap cardstock folded in a sloppy fashion. It's an Advent calendar with drawers that won't open, pieces missing, and it's so flimsy that it won't stand upright. I paid $55. and they are offering me $4 USD and refused to provide a shipping label for return. They said the return would cost too much since their warehouse is in China (but showed Belgium on tracking). The return address on the package came from Redondo Blvd in Gardena, CA from a company called Keathers Fottyes which is labeled online as a SCAM company. When I forwarded them the scam alert information I found, they stopped responding. Notice that all their four and five star reviews were written in the same three day period. All other reviews are calling them out for scamming customers.

THIS IS A SCAM SITE! THEY DO NOT SEND WHAT THEY ADVERTISE. STAY AWAY!!!

0 stars would be more accurate. After a month, the tracking stalled. Emailed with no response. It was a Halloween item. I think the 5 star ratings are bots. They all talk about the same exercise tool. Buyer beware.

Sent defective product - weeks late - would not offer Credit.

It has been almost 2 months and still have not received they are nothing but a scam.

I would give them zero stars if I could. First off I never received the item I paid for. Filed a grievance with PayPal for them to deny it stating "they sent the shipping information" even though I have video evidence of no package being delivered to my house at the day and time they claim. I contacted the company before contacting PayPal of which they told me to ask around to my neighbors for my package.
Then they stopped responding when I told them my neighbors do not have the package. Second issue they charged me more money than what I agreed to pay. This company is a SCAM!!!! Buyer beware. Currently have another grievance in for this one. I also have evidence of this but who knows what PayPal will do.

I ordered 5 watercolor workbooks from this company. They never arrived. I contacted Convenientto and they sent me a Chinese shipping company tracking number and said it had been delivered to my mailbox. Which it hadn't or I would have had a USPS tracking number. I disputed it with pay pal and my credit card number and I'm awaiting their decision. Do not order from this company, it's a total scam!

I received my order. 3/25/25. For weeks, I have been requesting tracking and I keep getting sent the same information, that it was shipped, and on the way on 04/20/25. I have requested a full refund and they sent me an email stating that it was shipped. I have yet to receive my order. The last email they sent me a different tracking number stating that my order was delivered on 01/14/2025. How is that possible when I place my order 2 months and 2 weeks after the date? It's supposedly delivered.
***DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A COMPLETE FRAUD.

I was overcharged $9.74 to start. I put my order in March 25, 2025. As of May 2 I still don’t have my order. I disputed the charge on my credit card and this company gave my credit card a different tracking number than they gave me. So it’s been at least 40 days now and they just say we’re sorry we’re trying to get it to you sooner.

Company does not send iem, fake tracking number that says it was sent elsewhere, and will not refund money.

Well I ordered this March 3rd 2025. Here is is April 13 2025 and the tracking says it is sitting in New York and has been
since March 29th.

Company is located in China. They stole additional money from me upon processing order so I cancelled immediately and they played games over and over and still shipped it saying they would help with return once it arrives. We'll ot arrived and they now refuse to pay for return shipping. Thieves and liars! Beware!!
