UPDATE: They even charged 100$ the next month, after unsubscribing the second time! Let's see how long this goes on for!

I had a really bad experience with ConvertFlow after installing it through Shopify.

I signed up to test it, spent about 15 minutes on it, and unsubscribed right away because it wasn’t what I needed. I never used the product beyond that.

Despite that, I was still charged continuously, and over nearly a year I ended up being billed around $1000 for something I did not use at all.

I take no responsibility for this—if a user unsubscribes within minutes, they should not continue to be charged. This kind of billing setup feels misleading, especially when installed through Shopify where you expect clear control over subscriptions.

Being charged this much for a product I never used is completely unacceptable.

I strongly recommend others to be extremely careful, double-check cancellations, and monitor their billing closely if they consider using ConvertFlow.

Overall, a very frustrating and costly experience.

ConvertFlow is one of those rare marketing tools that delivers exactly what it promises. It is fast, intuitive and powerful without drowning you in pointless complexity. You can build everything from simple popups to full funnel experiences in minutes. And the results show up immediately.

What I like most is the control it gives you. You can segment, personalize and test different paths without calling a developer every time you want to try an idea. The interface makes sense. The templates save time. The integrations work without headaches. If you care about improving conversions and capturing more revenue from the traffic you already have, ConvertFlow is worth every dollar. It is clean, it is efficient and it is extremely effective.

Horrible UX slowest page builder I have, support is non-existent. Even their own domain does not work when trying to publish a landing page.

I am genuinely pissed that I wasted a day of my life on this product. Luckily I did not pay them.

Just that you can deisn the pages, everything else is a marketting gimmick.

There are free plans up to 1000 customers as they click bait you to that.

To test out even a popup , you have to activate the campain which forces you to upgrade.

Very useful tool but assistance always responds late, after almost a work day; it almost feels like there's only one person answering support requests, and he works when he feels like it.

In 2022 it is not possible to have a global web marketing company charging $100 a month and not having adequate support.

ConvertFlow helps me quickly set up popups, landing pages, quizzes, sticky bars, and website CTAs without having to wait on my web developer. As a non-designer, I love having access to hundreds of beautiful templates. I was able to sync it with Active Campaign in just a few clicks. Plus, it let me turn off my finicky zaps. I also like that they have a growing community and excellent customer support. Highly recommended.
