Convoy Community Ltd. レビュー

Convoy is beautifully simple and effective support on the lonely path of starting and building a business or looking for a new job. What I love most is the wider range of businesses than you find in other small business support organisations and the mix of learning, accountability, support and feedback. As with anything, you receive more if you participate, and there is plenty of opportunity to do so. It's a friendly group, a great place to ask questions, collaborate, attend training and guest speaker sessions from experienced professionals and be part of a regular accountability trio. People pay thousands for less. Big thanks to all who give of their time and to Christopher for starting it and having so much dedication to supporting us.

Convoy Entrepreneurs has been great platform for me to connect with other likeminded entrepreneurs. I've connected with many people learning together, supporting each other's business and their journey to a successful business set up. I enjoy the workshops and retrospective sessions hosted weekly. There's always someone to provide solutions or suggestions when you are facing a block. I also encourage other new entrepreneurs to join this platform so they can receive the same support as I do.

This is an amazing group of talented and experience people who want to help and support each other. The week includes expert speakers to support the group. It’s an incredible service.

I can’t recommend Convoy Community highly enough. Setting out to work for yourself and build something no matter how big or small is a huge and lonely challenge. Within the group, so many others are doing the same but all have experience knowledge and expertise in different areas that provide incredible value.
The group is collegic in approach and has common goals and interests supporting one another, keeping you accountable.
Further, more regular talks, webinars from experienced professionals around pertinent topics take place to add further support. All this in a very professional manner.
Community Convoy is a Game Changer! for those looking for work or wanting to work for themselves.

The Convoy community couldn't come at a better time to help me connect with other like-minded entrepreneurs during these uncertain times. Sharing insights, experience and expertise is truly all we need at the moment to help support each other in our entrepreneurial journey.

Heard about convoy from another candidate on my outplacement programme. Great community and support for people setting up their business, just what you need with daily stand-ups and weekly check-ins to keep you accountable. Guest speakers who can help keep you motivated and advise you too.

Setting up and running your own business can be exciting but it is also a difficult and lonely road. Joining the Convoy Community has been one of the best things I have done. The mutual support, advice and motivation we give each other through weekly meetings and daily ‘stand-ups’ really keeps you going. In the absence of colleagues, you have a bunch of intelligent, interesting and knowledgable business owners to bounce ideas off and hold you to account. The regular talks and knowledge sharing are the cherry on the top. Thank you to Christopher Ross and my Convoy buddies.

A super supportive, encouraging experience when I was starting my journey as a business owner. Access to a wide array of resources including your fellow Convoyers who share their expertise, challenge and hold you to account keeping you on track to realise your dreams and help you navigate the choppy waters of setting up your own business. I would (and do) highly recommend it to anyone starting up or seeking a new job.

The Convoy Community is a fantastic group to be part of.

I joined when my business was just an idea and enjoyed support in many different forms to help me launch and win my first clients.

The supportive environment coupled with accountability is a powerful mix and made a real difference to me. I have made some fantastic friends and contacts - it’s is great to be able to provide help to others too and learn from their experiences.

Convoy has provided such a positive space in which to share ideas and get advice from people who are incredible supportive.

I joined Convoy for entrepreneurs as a new start up and have found a community of support, opportunity to collaborate and to do business. What I love is the focus on mutual support. We may end up doing business but the sense of being with others in the same boat is deeply valuable. As a solo business owner, I miss my team from corporate days and Convoy gives me a feeling of team support that helps to soothe the loneliness that can come with self employment.

My experience with Convoy has been very positive. It is run in a professional manner and provides a community to people who otherwise would feel lonely and abandoned in a journey that requires courage, support & feedback. It also helps people remain up to date on developments happening around us in a fast changing world through guest lectures & best practice sharing.Further it provides a platform for self development & keeps you accountable to yourself.

Convoy is a great resource for job-hunters, mutual support, advice and motivation. Helps keep you on track, energised and gives you a sense of camaraderie.

If you're in any way hesitant about joining the Convoy Community, don't be! The people of Convoy have been absolute heroes during my job search. After my outplacement service finished, Convoy were there to pick me up and offer on-going support, advice, networking and act as a sounding board. Having a group to share the rollercoaster with made me feel like I wasn't lost and alone. The daily accountability calls were great for maintaining my focus and motivation, with the recognition that having down days and breaks are equally important and we're all human.
I've made some new friends through Convoy, met some really interesting people and will continue to offer my support back into this network now I have found a job.
Huge kudos to Christopher Ross for taking such a simply, yet brilliant idea, and making it possible to help so many people. Thank you!

Joining the Convoy community was one of the best decisions I've made.
Looking for a new job can be very difficult sometimes and it was great to get so much support from all the amazing people I met during my journey.
I think every job seeker needs Convoy!

Convoy encourages job seekers to support and motivate each other, and to share advice and tips. The daily catchup is crucial to keep a positive mindset and to build resilience during the whole process.

Christopher is an amazing host, who facilitates dialogue and invites great speakers to share their knowledge and experience.

Thanks to Convoy the search is less lonely and daunting! Really grateful for all the help and support!

Highly recommend to join the Convoy Community! It's a brilliant concept to support and be supported by a network of like-minded professionals. It keeps you focused on your job search and what you need to do to get your next role. There are also learning opportunities and workshops by different speakers on a weekly basis. And did I mention that it is free of charge?

I joined Convoy in 2020. During these uncertain times, I found the support from this community, starting from CV, LinkedIn profile, interview practice and most importantly, calls every day to discuss the plan of the day, was immensely beneficial, as that helped me to stay focussed on my job search. I have met people from all discipline, helping each other, connected having a common goal i.e., securing a role!
I would highly recommend everyone who is looking for job, to join Convoy community, as it is a great way of meeting new people, getting advice and mentoring!

Convoy is a supportive inclusive community of people on a journey together - entrepreneurs, job-seekers and those just figuring out their path. Christopher Ross does a brilliant job of facilitating support and energy among the group to help one another. Some find jobs and move on, others stay connected with the group to continue supporting others.

Being introduced to Convoy has been such a positive experience for me. Being out of work and searching for a job can be a very lonely experience so meeting people in the same situation and sharing ideas has been such a reinvigorating experience. Just having the company has been such a bonus but added to this is the fantastic advice offered and also the sharing of contacts who can help. I would wholeheartedly recommend that anybody out of work or furloughed joins the Convoy community.
