CookieNet is a UK-based cloud and hosting provider focused on performance, reliability, and control. Unlike many providers, almost everything runs on our own infrastructure rather than reselling, which means better consistency, low-latency networking and better control of operations and data. Services include game server hosting, cloud storage, web server hosting and anything else you can imagine. It's currently in semi-private beta.
When this service first started it was kind of bad but it has been sorted now and the customer service is really good. Would reccomend, especially if you like cookies.

I started using CookieNet 2 months back and it’s much better than big companies! The team are always on quick response and are happy to help any issues, not that there are many! Very friendly owner, and is an amazing company!

Hi Kate, this is not the kind of service CookieNet aims to provide!
It doesn't look like you're in our direct customer base, so I figured you may be an indirect customer (using a CookieHosted game server, for example). I recommend you contact the server owner, who may be able to sort out the problem, or if there do happen to be any issues on our end we would be more than happy help.
